Description of Work: Side-Pro replaced some siding on the back and front of our home. They used Hardie plank to replace some imitation Hardie that didn't hold up. The installation looks great and the painters they used did a very good job painting the entire house.

Description of Work: Removed old deteriorating LP siding and installed new Hardy Plank siding. The siding job was very good; however there was a severed wire which workmen apparently never reported to Side-Pro and also debris left in yard. I had to call and remind them to pick up leftover supplies. They could have been more conscientious in applying the caulk. The foreman did come out after I called and Side-Pro paid to have the wire repaired. Work was completed in October. Painting completed in May,2014. The paint job was done completely to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: We had a very detailed job, completely re-siding a 1906 house with Hardie Artisan (wonderful product). Side Pro staff were always courteous. Calvin won our business because he really took the time to work with us. He continued to be available after the work began. The office staff was great, and the on site crew was very responsive whenever we had questions.. The job took longer than they and we expected, but they stuck to their quote (plus a few mutually-agreed upon work orders). We had some custom trim that they crafted beautifully. We'd hire them again if we owned another house, but Side Pro made this one perfect!.

Description of Work: Had Side Pro and 3 other companies give us a bid for full siding replacement with Hardi Plank. Pat, the owner came out to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and very likeable. I am sure they would have done an excellent job, but we chose to go with a more competitive company, which also has good ratings on Angie's list.

+ -1 moreThe roof is large and extremely steep and turned out to be more complex than anticipated, so the work took about ten days. The extra time was partly because I had other trades working on the home concurrently. The company was pleasant to work with throughout the job. The roofing crew was punctual, focused, careful, and hard-working, and the building inspector I hired was very happy with the result. He asked for a minor change or two which I think went beyond code, but the company seemed happy to oblige him. The finished product looks great and there were no surprises. The job came in exactly on the estimate even though they absorbed a few unforeseen costs. We are now using the company again (they're also called Side-Pro) to replace our siding.
Description of Work: Replaced the cedar shake on a 4,000 sq ft home with a Certainteed Presidential composite roofing. This included adding cdx sheathing over the existing skip sheathing, as well as vapor barrier, flashing, etc. After obtaining estimates from four companies I chose Roof-Pro because they were responsive during the bidding process, seemed professional, and had one of the lowest priced bids.They also had a crew ready to start work right away.

+ -1 moreSidePro's representative, Russell DeArment, was a dream to work with. He came out to give me the bid and said since I was having them do the roof also, they would give me a deal. Their bid came back as the cheapest, which concerned me at first, but after talking to three of their references I decided to go with them. The crew they sent out had to do the work while I was at work and had to deal with my neighbor to gain access to the circuit breaker. The siding crew did an excellent job and was very conscientious about their work, cleaning up every day, being there on time and working their butts off all day. They met the time line they said they would and took care of my "fence" issues on a regular basis (replacing sections daily so my dog couldn't get out). The price turned out what the bid said it would be. Over all, a painful experience, spending the money, turned out to work VERY well. They did what they said, they charged what they said and the crew doing the work did excellent!
Description of Work: I had failing LP siding that needed to be replaced and a roof that needed re-shingled. SidePro removed ALL the old LP siding and replaced it with James Hardiplank siding. An off shoot of SidePro, RoofPro, redid all my shingles. All the trim and flashing was replaced.
