ray's hauling and junk removal

Perfect experience for a stressful situation.

I called Ray and he was at my house 45 minutes later to remove a sofa and loveseat. My hall is narrow and he was very careful not to damage walls. Courteous, careful and came on a Saturday. What more could anyone ask for?

We had been piling up tree limbs, etc. for the past two years and it was getting out of control! We called Ray, and he was at another job, but asked if his son, Ryan, could come look at the job. Ryan showed up within 20 minutes, gave me a bid, and was able to start work the same day! Very hard worker - working for at least 6 hours straight - never saw him take a break. He came back to finish the job the next day. He went above and beyond, asking if I wanted him to remove some small stumps with the machine he was using. We will definitely use them again!

I don't know how good his price was as we just went for it without any other quotes as he was immediately available. Ray did a great job in all aspects. I definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

I called and left a message for Ray. He returned my phone call within 1 hour. He was available to come give a bid the next morning. He was prompt and offered to do the work that morning. Within 2 hours he was back with his equipment. He and his son loaded the debris, and cleaned the site. Ray then asked what I was going to do with the depression left, and I said get topsoil. He offered to get it for me as a return trip. We accepted his price and within an hour he was back with the topsoil. I could not have asked for better customer service. He saved me so much time and was very fair in his pricing.

I called Ray at 2:45 pm to make arrangements to haul away an appliance that no longer worked. He asked a few relevant questions and said he could be at my house in 45 minutes. Ray and a helper arrived exactly on time and quickly loaded the appliance into their truck. Ray was responsive, courteous, reasonably priced and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him

Very friendly, prompt, courteous. They called to ask if it was OK that they arrive early (it was), hauled all the junk away, and cleaned up the driveway before leaving. Very good experience.

It all went extremely well. He pulled into the driveway with his truck and loaded the items I had waiting. It couldn't have gone better.

We had a mixture of household garbage, some construction debris and appliances that would have required too much time and too many trips for my SUV. I called Ray Foley at Ray's hauling and he called back within an hour. I described the amount and type of stuff to be hauled and he gave me a rough estimate, but reminded me that he could give me a final quote until he was onsite. He was able to schedule an early morning pickup the very next day. Ray called early that day letting me know he was having problem finding us (not uncommon) and that he would be late, but he still arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. He quickly reviewed the pile, confirmed the quote from the previous day and started loading things. He was done within 30 minutes, just in time for some other workmen to arrive. Could not have been happier. Saved me a ton of time and effort. Appliances got recycled and the rest land filled. Two days later I received a note in the mail thanking me for my business. Nice touch. I will definitely use Ray's service again in the future and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Ray responded to my call, and within two days visited for an estimate. Price looked reasonable, and since he arrived with right sized truck, he immediately started working. He quickly removed everything I've asked to, and them some. Overall I'm very pleased with services provided. Ray is professional, accommodating and very reasonable!

Ray came to dismantle and remove an old and very heavy treadmill, plus other items. I had dealt with him previously and he was great both times. On time, on budget, courteous and professional. He even took some items to recycle that we had thought we would have to take ourselves. I highly recommend Ray if you have andy hauling needs.Removal

Ray arrived before scheduled to assess the job, provided an estimate, and performed the hauling the same day. Ray is courteous, pleasant, and efficient. He takes care to recycle as much material as possible. For example, he removed rebar from wood so that the wood and metal could be recycled appropriately. He hauls to different facilities to recycle (e.g., concrete,metal, wood and yard waste) and to the dump for everything else. Ray left the area clean and even folded my tarps! He charged me less than his original estimate because he said the job wasn't as difficult as he thought. Ray is very easy to do business with and I will call on him again for future hauling needs.

Ray was responsive, punctual and worked hard. I didn't expect him to be able to take my charitable donations but he did that for me as well and even swept the garage. I should have asked or he should have offered to explain pricing in advance. I am sure he paid dump fees and did work after he left so I don't think cost was unfair. It did surprise me however since we was at the house for only about 30 minutes. I would use his serviec again because it was fast and convenient but I would check prices before-hand.

We hired him, because I had very pleasant experience in the past. This time again, he treated the donation items with care. He is polite and pleasant. We definitely will hire him again.

Ray was exceptionally prompt and polite. He came out to take a look at the job and brought in his truck on the same day. Definitely will call on him again for additional hauling work!

Ray's Hauling does excellent work, and you couldn't find a nicer team to come help you. I called and actually got same-day service, bid and all! He had a job close, drove by for a look-see, then left a message that they were at my home early with two trucks and could haul when I arrived after work to confirm cost. They loaded an entire gutted kitchen (cabinetry, old appliances) plus other odds and ends from remodeling. They filled both of their trucks, and one of my favorite aspects to this company, they recycle everything they can :) Thank you, thank you!!

Couldn't have gone any better. Ray was punctual, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Much cheaper than the other guys with the fancy trucks. He brought along an associate who was also very good. They disassembled all the large items on the spot, and worked hard. I will definitely use him again.

Showed up early and called a head of time to make sure I was home. They were in and out quickly and got everything picked up for me. Saved me the hassle of having to get a rental truck to haul this junk out and a trip to the dump!!! YAY Ray knows how to do business call no one else.

Since our job was smaller, Ray cheerfully gave me an accurate estimate over the phone and came out that very same afternoon to complete the job. We have been using Ray's Hauling for about two years, maybe more. My husband has been dealing with him for hauling away items such as old draperies and drapery hardware, boxes of magazines and general clutter as we get our home ready for the market after 25 years of collecting/hoarding. This was the first project that I had witnessed myself because I was home from work that day. I had always thought how nice it was that Ray sends a thank-you note after every job, but I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting him before. He is professional and polite but also down-to-earth and easy to work with -- like a helpful neighbor with a truck. We will be calling him again, I'm sure, before our first Open House.

I called Ray today to ask him about hauling away misc debris from our kitchen remodel. He was in the neighborhood so after he finished the job he was on, he came by to do an estimate and realized he could take it with him right away! I was thrilled! From the time I called him to request an appointment to them leaving with all the junk was a little more than an hour. They even swept the floor after they were finished - even though I told them it wasn't necessary. Extremely friendly and absolutely 100% fair in his rates. I will absolutely call Ray again in the future whenever we need anything hauled.

I contacted Mr Foley and asked if he could pick up large items from Costco Kirkland within the next 24 hours. He stated that he was able to do so, came to my home to pick up the receipt and picked up and delivered the the items from Costco within 18 hours. He also helped carry another large, unrelated item to the second floor of my home.He was very professional. He called with the projected delivery time and also called to say that he had forgotten to give me back the receipt. I said that he could mail it but he choose to return to my home with the receipt and a bouquet of fresh flowers which he had grown.Today I received a nice note thanking me for my business. White glove service with a smile! I will definitely use his services again
