I'm delighted with this service provider. Ray was able to come the same day I called. Arrived when he said he would, and worked quickly and thoroughly to clear areas I had identified. He even noticed some items left on the roof from previous construction work, that I was happy for him to take away.

We had a great experience with Ray. I called today, thinking I could get someone out next week. Ray responded immediately and was at our house within a couple of hours. He and his son were friendly and courteous. They quickly filled a large truck with construction debris for recycle and large items to go to the dump. And then they were gone with a smile--and I am left with a miraculously clean carport!

I have a 700 ft2 deck getting all new decking and railings. When the demo portion was done, I called Ray hoping to get the old materials hauled away. As it turned out, he was just finishing up a delivery just 5 miles from my house. He and his son came over in less than an hour, we agreed on a price and they hauled everything away. Ray was very responsive on the phone, told me about how long it would take before they were free, used his GPS to find me, and showed up right on time. Ray and his son arrived in 2 medium size trucks, had chain saws and other tools to cut the debris up as needed, and did a thorough and neat job.

Ray did a great job. He was on time and quickly removed the debris.

Left message & Ray called me back within the hour & set up appointment for 2 days later. He arrived on time, looked things over & got right to work. He was very polite, quick & efficient.

Ray arrived early and immediately started the job. Ended up hauling away more material than anticipated. Work was completed without issue.

Ray is fantastic. He very courteous and honest about what he can do and what he can't do. He is absolutely awesome. He is easy to get in touch with as well. He sticks to his estimates no matter what. I have used other hauling companies, but Ray is the best.

Ray answered the phone himself when I called. Gave me an appointment within three days of my request. Called the next day when he had extra time in his schedule to see if I would like to be moved up on the list. He looked at my project and gave me a very fair price. He then immediately set to work. The job was completed quickly and Ray was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely call on him again. I even received a hand written Thank You note in the mail today.

I had a great experience with Ray's Hauling. I had a very short window in which to complete my project. The whole process was very easy. Ray answered the phone when I called, so no delay encountered with voice mail/call back. We immediately arranged an appointment, which was accommodating to my time schedule. Ray arrived on time and very efficiently removed the items I was disposing. He took great care to protect my property.

Ray and his team are OUTSTANDING! The excellent customer service began with my initial phone call. Ray had no hesitation in saying he could do the job I called about and was also able to accommodate my schedule. He and his team arrived early (after calling to let me know that they would be early) and promptly got to work. They were extremely careful not to bump walls or trim in spite of the fact that a couple of the pieces were very heavy. On top of that, Ray even thought to bring me a Goodwill receipt since I wouldn't be there to pick it up myself. I will DEFINITELY be hiring Ray and his team for all my future hauling needs.

We called Ray's Hauling Saturday at noon and he came out at 5:30 to give some estimates and our yard debris was higher and bigger than a car. And it was all gone by 10:00 the next morning. He was fast. We took out some 20-year-old bushes and plants and it was an unbelievable amount. It was just Ray and he came out and cut things up. He came when he said he was to give us a quote and it was really reasonable.

Ray answered his own phone and scheduled a time for pick-up, which was the same day. He arrived on time and asked if there was anything else that he could take with the load. Great service.

One Saturday morning, while cleaning out our garage, we realized we had a lot of junk that we needed to get rid of. Many of the items, such as old patio furniture and a basketball hoop, were too large/bulky to put in the curbside garbage cart. I picked up the phone and called Ray's Hauling (we have used them before). Ray answers the phone personally and says that within about an hour and a half he can be at our house to pick up and haul away the junk. How's that for service? How often does the proprietor answer the phone personally and agree to provide same day service? Ray arrived as promised and loaded and hauled the stuff. He is very customer service oriented and indeed a pleasure to work with.

I just recently signed up with Angie's List and Ray was the first service I called. Ray answered my call, came out the same day and did the work. We discussed another job I needed done and Ray gave me a quote on the spot, he and Ryan came back Saturday morning, arrived on time, did excellent work and charged me exactly what he said he would. I think we paid a fair price for the work and I will definitely call him again.

I phoned to schedule the work two days in advance. Ray answered on his cell phone, took my contact information, and called me back when he arrived home and consulted his schedule. We agreed on a time of 11 - 12; that morning, however, Ray called to confirm our appointment and to let me know that he would be able to arrive a little earlier, if I wished. We agreed to a 10:30 time and Ray was very punctual. Ray took a quick walk through of my property and determined the easiest way to move out the largest pieces. He and his son then moved all items into a "staging area" behind my garage. Quietly and courteously, the two men went to work. At two intervals, Ray provided an update with the packing. They were able to fit everything into their truck and offered to take more items. We were more than pleased with the quality of their work, particularly since I've used other vendors for hauling who suggested a bunch of other services they could provide, from landscaping to deck building to house painting. It was refreshing to find a professional who focuses on and dedicates his efforts to the work at hand. Ray and his son expertly delivered exactly the service I requested-- no extra wheeling and dealing--for a reasonable price. Two days after the work was completed, we received a lovely hand-written thank you note from Ray in the mail. The only feedback I would offer--particularly if Ray intends to groom his son to carry on the business--is to encourage a bit more interaction from his quiet son. They are both gentlemen who have won our respect.

I called saturday evening to inquire about a pick up on sunday. Ray and his son came out immediately to take a look and give me an estimate. I agreed with the estimate, and they showed up exactly on time on Sunday. We added a few last minute items to the pile after they got started, and there were no objections. They were very fast and efficient, and the yard area was raked afterward, and afterwards we could not tell that it had been covered with wet junk and debri for over a year. Great job! Thank you!

Awesome. Ray is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Called him up and he came by within a few hours and everything was gone by the end of the day. He is very responsive and efficient and the price was fair. Definitely our go-to guy for hauling!

Firstly, Ray himself picked up quickly on the first try on a SATURDAY. He asked me when do I want to have things picked up and without hesitation stopped over and in 1 hour, from start of the call to the end, Ray was on site. He was very polite and professional and quick to do the job. He was more than willing to haul everything out. In 20 - 30 minutes he had everything packed and was out. I definitely appreciated his quick response. I thought I would have to come back from work one day to do the hauling but he was so efficient and I was more than happy to get the items all removed from my garage. thank you Ray!

I recommend Ray’s Hauling. Ray and his son showed up on time, worked hard, and were very friendly. I thought the price they charged was very fair for the job. They cleaned out a bunch of junk, (bed frames, single mattress, paint cans, motor cycle parts, wooden pallet, old furniture, doors, plate glass etc. from our garage. They said they would recycle what they could and take the rest to the dump.

I highly recommend Ray's Hauling. He has the right tools and vehicles to get different jobs done as promised. He is not a gabby person and he has a formal manner that is professional and to the point. When taking a request he asks questions to understand the size of the job what he will encounter at the site and the expected results. He can be relied on to show at the appointed time and gives advance heads up that he's on his way. Overall satisfactory results were obtained in both contacts.

I called Ray this morning about the job. Ray answered the phone, and asked when I would like the hauling done. He explained how the pricing works in general. He offered to come that same morning, which was just fantastic for me. Who needs all that newly created junk pile lying around? He and his son arrived promptly, cleared the mess, and even asked if I needed help moving anything back into position while he was there. He and his son are polite and professional. I will use them again in a few months when I have more hauling to do with the rest of my project.
