ray's hauling and junk removal

From the initial phone call to the end, Ray was courteous, professional, and accommodating. When I asked when he could come and do the job, he asked me when I would like him to come. I picked a day and time, and he called and confirmed the day before. Ray and his son showed up on time, assessed the huge pile in my garage and quickly sorted it into donations, junk, and hazardous waste. He explained the breakdown of the cost, which I know to be a fraction of what the other guys charge. Then Ray and his son drove the donatable pile to Woodinville Value Village and returned promptly to load and dispose of the rest. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else that needed disposing of -- to be sure I'd included everything. Ray was delightful to deal with and super-efficient. I would absolutely use him again, and I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Really well. Ray is a consummate professional and can come when you need him. He will recycle the old stuff and throw away what cannot be repurposed. Easy to work with and very efficient.

Ray answered the phone and arranged pick up for the same day. Hauled everything away for my mom. He and his son did a fantastic job. They were very helpful and even swept for her when they were done. Couldn't ask for a better job.

Ray took my call and scheduled me for a couple of days afterwards. He showed up right on time with one of his trucks. The day before, my wife and I decided to get rid of additional furniture that we hadn't considered at first and we were concerned all of our junk would not fit in the truck we requested. Ray took a look and told me it'd be close, but that he'd make it fit. The next hour was him smartly arranging things in his truck and disassembling pieces to make them take up less space. By the end, the truck was completely full with no room to spare, but all of our stuff was in there. He billed me for the truck as we agreed and then notified me of the dump fee. The price seemed perfectly reasonable. Overall, I was extremely pleased and will definitely give him a call if I need his services again. Highly recommended!

Great! Ray arrived a few minutes early, got straight to work cutting up the fencing and loading his truck. I have used Ray once before and will certainly use his services again. Very pleased.

Ray (and his very nice son) unpacked the box which was full of wood curl packing and started putting this into the truck. As each piece emerged they carried it to the garden spot where they needed to be. Then Ray began digging out the spaces for the bench legs, which took some time and effort as the chosen space is on a slope and not level. He dug, filled and leveled for about 15 minutes until it was balanced and level and I was pleased with the function and placement. Then they finished packing up all the packing materials and the palate and cleaned up. He even noticed things I had set aside to be taken away that I'd forgotten about and offered to take these. I had not been prepared for the size of the delivery and the difficulty I would have in unpacking and placing the bench, so Ray's help was just about a miracle to me. He was so very thoughtful and professional. I enjoyed getting to know both he and his son through this experience

Ray was very accommodating when I had problems getting to the house at our pre-arranged time.

They were very responsive and scheduled a pick up time soon after the initial call and double checked on the scheduled day with a call. They arrived promptly on time with two trucks, which were exactly the number needed to do the job I described on the phone, and quickly moved all the items out. I plan on calling them again in the near future.

I picked Rays Hauling because of all the great reviews, and I was not disappointed! The day I called he was able to come out. He came right on time, friendly and professional, going over with me what stayed and what went. He made quick work of the huge pile of refuse and all was left clean. I most definently will use him again!

Ray and Ryan arrived on time, were friendly and efficient, and removed a truck full of junk in 45 minutes. They were careful to check in about what was being removed, and what was staying. They took everything, including: lawn mowers, propane tank, yard waste, broken furniture, and rolled carpet. I will definitely hire them again.

They arrived when scheduled, were very polite and patient with my decsion-making, while they worked very fast and efficiently. They organized different types of things in separate piles before loading it for recycling. They were quite efficient. i would highly recommend them and certainly would use them again if needed. I feel very lucky to have found them on Angie's list.

I had some really heaving concrete stuff I needed gone and he took it without question and no extra charge! He was quick professional, good communcations...great job! Will definitely call him again if I ever need anything hauled!

Called them on Tuesday, needing their services AGAIN. Yes I used Ray before and was super impressed that I have now used them again with no 2nd Thought! I told them the basics of what I had in the garage that needed to be hauled away. Ray stated, he would be here on Wednesday (today) at 10:00 AM and he was SPOT ON! :) He looked at the junk and started right in on the job. Both he and his partner were Polite, Kind and Thoughtful and did the job quickly. Will I use them again? Oh, yes, hands down. BTW - Ray - once again, (if you are reading this) MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I have used Ray for hauling for >10 years. He is a local Woodinville institution and provides excellent service every time I call. I mainly use him to haul away branches and other pruning, but he has also taken down a few smaller and larger trees on the property. He has a great set of chainsaws and makes quick work of the larger branches, and is also very particular about the cleanliness of the job site so rakes and sweeps as needed. As a previous post office guy he also knows a lot about the city of Woodinville. He often comes with his son Ryan, another great guy. I usually help load because they are both fun to talk with.

Cut up and hauled off huge tree limbs as well as other items. I called in the morning and he arrived about two hours later and hauled everything away. Very personable and reasonably priced.

Ray is great! I called for an estimate in the morning. He came by that same morning, since he was already in the area. After showing him the few piles of brush and rock that we wanted hauled away, he provided a reasonable estimate and said he'd try to get it done that same day. To our amazement, Ray was back with two trucks and one of his guys before noon! They were courteous and quickly got to work. These guys do an awesome job. We'll definitely be recommending them to others, and use them again ourselves in the future. Thanks again!

Does Not go to Marysville, WA He is in Woodinville and does drive to Marysville. One person I called from Seattle said he would drive to Marysville. Ray seemed to be a nice guy on the phone.

Ray arrived promptly (within an hour) with the proper sized truck for the job. Was friendly and a fast worker. We would gladly recommend him to others.

I was a little confused with the whole process since I have never used a hauling company before. The communication between me and the workers could have been better. I had more stuff than they figuredneeded to be taken away. There was just some miscommunication that I found and could see the frustration in the worker. There were some items that would not find in the truck, so I just had them leave it at my home. Once the work was done, they hauled it away.

Ray and his son did a great job. I called at 10am, and by 1pm they had arrived. They did a great job, gave me an estimate up front, and stuck to their estimate even when the job required 3 loads rather than 2. They were thorough, quick and quiet. They sorted all the stuff first, so they could bring wood to a wood recycler, stuff to donate to value village, and stuff to simply throw away. I felt confident that what could be donated & reused would, which makes me happy. High marks to them. I'm sure I'll have more hauling as I continue cleaning up, and I will undoubtedly call Ray.

Ray was extremely responsive, professional and polite. Called Ray and he got the job done within the hour. He double checked if there was anything else that needed two people to move, etc. He even reminded me of the 10% off coupon - I told him to keep it since the service was great.

I just got off the phone with Ray, and unfortunately he was not able to service the area in which my stuff is at. He said he would have to charge me more than what it would cost if I used a local person. I appreciate his honesty and am glad that he was still able to help me out. He gave me a quote of what he would charge if I was in his service area. I would recommend at least giving him a call because just that 2 minutes or so that I was on the phone with him made me feel as if he was a very professional and personable person.
