We just finished our custom home in Redmond. We knew the quality and craftsmanship of their work, so when we decided to undertake our own project, there was no reason to look elsewhere. He provided us with clear expectations and communication throughout the process, always getting our approval and working diligently to stay inside our tight budget. You will not get a cookie-cutter corporate approach with Beau, he was willing and able to accommodate us on any of our changes, providing valuable expert insight into our future home. They made so many special and valuable details possible that make our decision to build a custom home and work with R one we never regretted. We absolutely love our home and are so happy with our decision to partner with them.

The project just started on March 7, 2018 excavation work is done footings and foundation are done footing drainag is going on currently backfilling and other civil work still going on Have not seen the first bill yet

Beau was great to work with. He was constantly working to keep quality high and costs low. The project didn't go perfectly but much of the things wrong were out of his direct control (subcontractors). He was not shy about calling the subs to task and making them correct their errors. I would have no hesitation in hiring him to build a home for us again.
