I called this firm to come and look at a mold problem under my kitchen sink from a drain leak. I also mentioned to the tech that there was some water damage that you could see in the crawlspace under the sink. He told me that I'd have to rip out all of my kitchen cabinets along the wall without even looking in the crawlspace. He didn't pull the dishwasher, which is to the right of the sink to get some sense of the water/mold spread. I asked if there was a way to a**** the mold extent, perhaps by looking in the crawlspace or a camera under the kitchen sink cabinet. I also asked if it was possible to start with dismantling the cabinet (easy to remove the shelfs and back wall) to see the extent of the damage before taking the kitchen apart (which would break my granite countertop). He told me that it "wouldn't be worth his time or mine". In my opinion, if you're going to want me to spend thousands of dollars and tear apart my kitchen (which will have to be remodelled after the work is done), then I would expect some due dilligence as to the extent of the actual damage. When this guy declined to look at the range of water damage on either side of the formerly leaking drain in the crawlspace and didn't even pull the DW to look behind it, he lost my business and any credibility with me.

They were fine. I liked them. They came out when they said they would. I didn't need any work done as they advised. I appreciated their honesty.

He was very prompt, and knowledgeable. They did not try to up-sell us any additional services.

We thought we had mold problems and they were incredibly helpful. They gave us all the information on the phone. They actually know what they are talking about. We certainly would contact them if we need them.

We loved them. They are really good and really high quality. They are higher in price, but it's warranted. We had others come in to do the mold remediation and they were horrible, shady and their estimate was higher than Enviroshield. Their price is high but I think it's justified. If you compare them to another company they will come up more expensive but they offer a 25 year guarantee on their work and you can't get cheaper then them in the process and thoroughness they use. You get what you pay for. They are a lot slower to respond, I've been trying to get them to bid on a smaller project, I've been asking about that since last January. They are very polite, but very busy. THey were all very professional. The person who runs it was very professional and his carry through with the team. Everyone was very respoectful. I have little children and I was comfortable with them all being here with my children.

Frank came out and made an inspection. He was courteous and helpful. He found no mold or anything else that his company would deal with and made suggestions as to what other type of services might help us with our problem. We appreciate his honesty and his not charging us for work we didn't need.

Excellent! Enviroshield was organized through the bid process - even though their bid was higher than the competition we elected to go with Enviroshield. Their estimate was complete, detailed and easy to understand. They explained each step of the process and estimated completion dates. They also have a warranty on their work - which was important to us for resale purposes. Their crew showed up when they were scheduled, the work was done exactly as specified in the bid and they removed all the debris.

They were fantastic they showed up on time and there lead went through the house and made sure that we new as a client how they were going to do the job and they explained why they set up a negative air and what it was for and so on. We got a very good relationship going from the owner of the company to the technicians that were at our home. It was a great experence.
