It was both educational and thorough. I appreciate the professional approach and received an extensive, detailed report. This included many photographs and cursor arrows pointing to specifics. There was also a helpful concise list of areas to be addressed.

I had an extremely good experience with Pride Home Inspections following the move-out of my tenants in our Seattle apartment condo. Joseph, who's the principal, responded promptly to my request, and performed the inspection just two days later. He did an extremely thorough job over around 3 hours or so and provided me a detailed 25-page report around 3 hours later. He categorized each item as acceptable, repair/replace, safety issue, monitor and not accessible. Subsequently, Joseph called me on my phone and went over the items that needed fixing, including whether they counted as wear & tear or were caused by our former tenants. He also gave me a ballpark price on what they would cost to fix. Based on my direct experience, Joseph went well beyond expectations, and I strongly recommend Pride Home Inspections.

I absolutely recommend Mr. Pedersen for your inspection needs! He was so thorough, and you can really see his years of experience in every observation, explanation, and recommendation. He was so patient and kind about answering my many questions. I'm sure my curiosity kept him past our time slot, but he made sure every question was answered. (Sorry about that, sir!) I will be calling him again as we embark on our next home-buying journey!

Joe was absolutely fantastic every step of the way with our home inspection! His services are affordable and he was very timely, accommodating, courteous, personable, professional, communicative, willing to go out of his way for us and incredibly flexible when we encountered scheduling issues with the tenants that are currently renting the property (an ordeal that quickly turned into a nightmare, especially given the fact that we already had a fast approaching deadline to have the inspection done). Leaving no stone unturned, he took his time with the inspection and noted every issue with the property (inside and out) while making sure we understood the issues found/repairs needed.
