Description of Work: At the time I called Northwest Mechanical, the gas-fired boiler that heated my home had failed, and I was getting bids to either replace it or install a ductless heat pump heating system. Zach from Northwest Mechanical came out to look at the space in which a new boiler would be installed and to give me a bid for one; his company does not handle the sort of heat pump system I was considering as an alternative. After we discussed the boiler-heated hot water heating system I had had and the alternative, he told me that the heat pump system would be a better alternative for me, even though his company could not install such a system for me. For that honest advice, I give him an A+ rating!
