Upon meeting Heidi for a consultation I knew she would get the job done to my satisfaction. I had just lost my husband a couple of months prior to our meeting. She was empathetic and considerate of my budget. Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments.
