All went well. The team worked hard and did not drag things out, as they are paid by the hour.

Overall they are decent. There are times that things aren't as clean as I'd like but overall the quality is adequate.

I have relied on Maid Brigade for at least 7 years to clean before big events and visits from family. They are usually able to clean our upstairs, where we primarily live, in approx 1.5 hours - for $183. Sometimes we have an annual cleaning which takes approximately 4 hours - and they do a wonderful job. Julie, who manages the scheduling has been very helpful - even in tight time frames, and her crew of three - as managed by Bev - are so good. Maid Brigade usually requires a 1.5 hour minimum - so when I recently needed our downstairs suite cleaned, which took less than an hour, they worked on our upstairs living areas to round out the 1.5 hours. They are wonderfully detailed, and clean so well - that it is a joy to see the house afterward. I highly recommend them.

One of the more expensive out there. Bill (and tip I gave) came to just about $50 per hour per person for a job poorly done--but I do not blame the cleaners for how they were instructed to do their job and in what kind of time frame they were allotted. Hired to do a "deep" house cleaning (based on what that meant as was once posted on their website) of a generic 3 bedroom rambler--admittedly dirty. After numerous and unnecessary contacts from various persons at the agency, the cleaning people arrived on time. Yeah! They were also able to come at a time I needed (although they tried to change it the day before they were due). Clearly the agency did not give the cleaners a clear description of what all was to be done here (they admitted this in an email I have) nor did they seem to have been given enough of a time frame in which to do what was estimated and desired. It's honestly a shame I do not know Spanish as the communication with the cleaners was too challenging--only one of 3 spoke some English. Vacuuming was GREAT! Initially the cleaners worked really hard and cleaned the first two rooms they started! From there the work went downhill with rooms getting "done" faster and faster with more and more not being done. When I saw that they had closed the laundry room door and hadn't cleaned it, I opened it again, and left the room adjacent to it. When I was out of the room, again they closed it and didn't clean in. When they asked for payment, I asked if the laundry room was done too...to which they replied they were not instructed to do that room ("Oh you want that done too?"). Should be included in a standard cleaning let alone a deep cleaning right? Numerous tasks they once listed on their web page, which is what had me book them in the first place, were simply not done. I did observe their idea of dusting off books on ONE shelf as literally slapping a rag across the top of the books. My experience ended with them charging me more than the initial estimate because it took them "more time" to clean the laundry room. After they left I was able to see more and more of what was not done well or not done at all. They left me with 3 rooms of belongings they moved and did not put back. After contacting the company about my disapproval, I was told different reasons by different employees as to why this all happened the way it did. Only one person took any responsibility for a part s/he could have done better. I was given a pittance of a refund for which I AM grateful for. The best tip, look for someone who will do as said on their webpage or not charge you the full amount and then some.

We have had Maid Brigade (Woodinville) working for us for nearly five years. In that five years, I have had no complaints. They are wonderful. Whenever we have special cleaning needs, they know how to do it. The house always feels great after the girls have been here to clean. If we need a change in schedule, they can always accomodate. In the past 20 years, we have had a lot of house cleaning services and none of them can compare to Maid Brigade/Woodinville. My highest recommendations for a job well done over a long period of time. =)

They are very responsive, prompt, thorough and reliable.

After 5 1/4 hours of cleaning, the house was only moderately clean.

The girls were pleasant and arrived on time. However I cannot believe they spent the whole time cleaning.

MAID BRIGADE SENT IN A TEAM OF 3 FOR 2.5 HOURS. THEY BROUGHT IN ALL OF THEIR SUPPLIES AND LISTENED ATTENTIVELY TO MY PARTICULAR DO'S AND DON'TS. THE TEAM WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. I AM VERY PARTICULAR, AND THEY MET MY STANDARDS. I WISH I KNEW WHAT THEY USED ON MY BRASS BATHROOM FIXTURES, IN 4 YEARS OF TRYING, I'VE NEVER GOTTEN THEM TO LOOK THAT GOOD! I WISH I COULD AFFORD TO HIRE THEM REGULARLY.
