Chris and his team were great to work with during this project. When we were indecisive, he gave us options plus pros and cons. Chris worked within our budget and would get creative to ensure we were satisfied. Great customer service. Also, he followed-through on commitments and punch list items after payment in full was made and small issues surfaced. He stood by his work.

Chris worked closely with us to choose the right pavers for our design aesthetic and budget. Installing pavers during the winter is challenging, and he kept in constant communication to let us know when there would be weather delays. During the installation, a family emergency caused us to scale back our plans and make last minute modifications. He was flexible and accomodated our needs. We have used Chris and his crew for all of our hardscaping work.

Following the bidding process Chris work crew cleared the areas of unwanted debris and installed the new materials in a timely manner. The finished product was even nicer than I had imagined.

Chris, the owner, visited with me to view and discuss the problem and worked out an estimate during the first visit. We clarified the work through a couple of email exchanges and then he gave me a written bid, with an accurate description of the job, and discussed how they would do the work. He was able to schedule and send workers to start the job right away. (I gave him a deposit and they started a couple of days later.) His two landscapers worked hard for two days straight. They were thoughtful about how they parked their truck and generally careful. Chris supervised and supplied materials. The job was done really efficiently and they cleaned up after the first day, too. The workers were very professional and kept me informed. I've hired at least a dozen different landscaping companies in the 22 years that I've been here and this was the most professional company I have met.
