Showed up as scheduled. Did a nice job. Very good clean up. Would use him again. He was referred by a friend who also used him. He was very responsive, knowledgeable ,punctual and detail oriented. Good crew. He is not a high profile operator in my opinion, but a true find. He did a great job and I would recommend him highly.

This is the second time we have used Mike Pick for a roof and he is the best! Very low key - no fancy trucks or brochures which I prefer. Does some of the work himself. Is on site a portion of the time. He appeared to have a lot of the same crew as our previous house which is impressive given this business. Our previous house was re-roofed approximately 4 years ago. This current house was a fixer house and we wanted to have work begin immediately after closing and Mike was able to accommodate. Very conscience and hard-working. I recommend him to all my friends. By far the lowest bid for a quality job.

OWNER MIKE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND EASY TO REACH VIA CELL PHONE. I CHOSE THIS COMPANY FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND WHEN THEIR BID WAS MUCH LOWER THAN THE THREE OTHERS I RECEIVED, I DECIDED TO USE THEM. MIKE WAS A LITTLE SLOWER GETTING STARTED THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT HE WAS GOOD NATURED AND ALWAYS CORDIAL AND PROMISED TO PROVIDE A TARP TO COVER ANY LEAKS IF IT RAINED BEFORE MY JOB COULD BE DONE. HE WAS EASY GOING AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR A DEPOSIT BEFORE STARTING THE WORK. I WOUND UP PAYING MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL BID WHEN MIKE SUGGESTED THAT I ADD A RIDGE VENT AND UPGRADE TO BETTER TILES, BUT I FELT THAT HE GAVE ME AN HONEST ASSESSMENT OF THE JOB AND MATERIALS AS HE WORKED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE MIKE AGAIN AS I FOUND HIM PERSONABLE AND UNASSUMING AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. ASK ME AGAIN IN 10 YEARS HOW THE ROOF IS HOLDING UP!

LAKERIDGE ROOFING DID AN EXCELLENT INSTALLATION AND CLEAN-UP OF OUR ROOF. THE WORKERS WERE CORDIAL AND POLITE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, DESPITE UNEXPECTED RAINY WEATHER.
