I found Keystone Kitchens on Angie's List and will forever be happy that I did. From the beginning of the project, design through completion, everyone on the Keystone team was very helpful, responsive, friendly, and competent. The whole project was a pleasure and my new kitchen is perfect. In particular, I must complement Dan, who did the remodel, as one of the best in the business. He was a pleasure to have working in my house. I am so happy with the Keystone experience that I am looking at remodeling a bathroom with the company and will be asking that Dan will lead the project. If you need remodeling for the kitchen, don't hesitate to call this company. You will ALWAYS be happy that you made the call.

Susan called me right away. I didn't respond right away so she followed up. She seemed very professional and helpful.

From the first meeting to job completion, everyone at Keystone Kitchens was very professional and personal. Workmanship was very high quality. Workers were professional, personable, and trustworthy. Many days we left them alone in the house and never had to worry about items being stolen, etc. Moreover, there were many days when my wife was by herself in the house with the workers - again, never a problem or a worry. Like every construction job, there are always unforeseeable things that arise. They were fair, offered a very acceptable palette of options, made their recommendations, and worked through the problem with us with very satisfactory results. The overall cost of the project did not exceed the quotation, other than expected costs of items added by us throughout the project. They were easy to contact and always followed up on phone calls, text messages the same day, Kudos to Bill Miles who did most of the construction. Kudos to Jim Engelstad who oversaw the entire project. Kudos to owners Chris and Susan who run a very fine business. Thanks to all for your very fine work!

From the very first encounter with John Waddell, who provided the estimate, to Chris and Susan Wittenbrink the owners and Mike Sorenson and Sean Davis who did most of the labor, this company was a class act. No phone call or email from me went unanswered and most often right away. I was especaily impressed with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism. Everyone was kind and respectful of our living space and pets. When deciding on the granite and backsplash for the bathrooms and kitchen, Susan Wittenbrink was amazing. She patiently helped me design the backsplash. I kept changing my mind so much I was driving myself crazy. She was so patient and helpful offering great solutions and ideas. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. The estimate turned out to be very accurate. In fact, the only reason the final bill was slightly more was because I added a few new work projects to the job, otherwise it would probably have been slighlty less. They are by far the best company out there.

They were very good. They gave an estimate and stuck to it till the last dime. They were also prompt, clean, and very nice. Also, personable. The owner of the company was the one who came over and talked to me initally. He showed me all the different materials and another man came to design my bathroom. After that the actual workman came to do the work. They were all great.

We really enjoyed our experience with Keystone. Karen, the designer for the kitchen, went above and beyond with helping me with every decision needed ...even for parts of the kitchen that Keystone wasn't purchasing, to ensure I would enjoy the overall look. I don't know how I would've completed this kitchen without her. I know nothing about design and it was wonderful to have someone working alongside me that would give me just a few options, and then help me understand the pros/cons of what I was choosing between so I could make the best decision for the look of the kitchen and the needs of our family. Karen was always responsive and gave advice on any part of the kitchen I couldn't figure out. She called tile companies/hardware companies and set me up with people to talk to so I could pick out the right products. Tom was the foreman assigned to the job and was also wonderful. I know there were lots of decisions that had to be made as he went through and constructed our new kitchen. But he did an amazing job keeping things as simple as possible for me and gave me recommendations whenever there was a decision to be made. The final product looks beautiful and speaks to his work and Karen's design. Chris the owner is definitely a perfectionist and expects the highest quality from his employees. He was always calm, without drama and addressed all my questions and concerns professionally and fairly. When I interviewed all the kitchen compaies, I made a decision because I totally loved Karen's personality and style and also felt that Keystone cared most about the quality of their work and was focused on making a loyal customer when they did our kitchen. I will post more pictures after I get my blinds and furniture selected.

Received three estimates and Keystone was the last I received. They sent Keith Ann Blankenship to meet with me. She came to my office then we met at the house. I just can't say enough. She was patient, knowledgeable, and her design assistance was invaluable. Their price and quality was competitive with the other estimates. But none of the other estimates gave us Keith Ann. Can't say enough, you won't be unhappy. Great company and I would definitely use them again. With the coupon the price can't be matched.

My kitchen is all I had hoped for and more! The installer, John Gray, was amazing. His great care and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the project, and the craftsmanship is readily apparent. My dated 28 year-old kitchen has given way to a bright, appealing and utterly functional centerpiece. ,

We hired Keystone to do a complete top-to-bottom remodel of our outdated kitchen. We interviewed several local companies, but Karen from Keystone absolutely blew us away with her first visit. Within minutes of walking in the door, she had a list of great ideas for our space, several of which we hadn't even considered possible before speaking with her. By the end of that first visit, we knew Keystone had our business. The design phase was a lot of fun, and we certainly put Karen to the test! My partner and I have VERY different tastes -- he prefers a traditional style, while I prefer a more contemporary look. Karen managed to dream up a design that fit both bills, incorporating elements of each in perfect balance with the other. She was very accessible throughout the design phase, and always got back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. The construction phase was a bit trying, which is to be expected in a job of this size. No large remodel ever goes exactly according to schedule, and for a few reasons ours was no exception. The original estimate for the job was 6 to 8 weeks. The reality turned out to be just over 18 weeks from the first day of demolition to the final walkthrough. I'd be lying if I said the extra weeks weren't frustrating -- they were. But, as my five-star review here should indicate, the end result was well worth the wait. The quality of work exhibited by Keystone's carpenters is exceptional. They use top-grade materials in their cabinetry, and their attention to detail is impressive -- and I say that as a professional carpenter myself. Their crew was always friendly and professional, and each day they left the house clean and livable, which is no small feat when a complete demolition and rebuild is involved. Jeff, the main carpenter for our project, was also great at staying in communication with us throughout the course of the job. In conclusion, hiring Keystone for our remodel was clearly the right decision for us. They transformed our drab, 70s-era kitchen into a beautiful, functional masterpiece that we absolutely love. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a pretty positive experience.

We were very pleased with our overall experience with Keystone Kitchen. The entire staff was professional and very polite. Chris, the owner, addressed every concern that we brought to his attention with no questions asked. We were extremely impressed by John, the worker, who paid an amazing amount of attention to detail and would ask questions to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. The job was estimated to take about 6 weeks to complete, and our kitchen was fully finished some 10 days behind schedule. This was due in part to some unanticipated problems that are to be expected with a full kitchen remodel. We love our beautiful new kitchen. Thank you Keystone!

We are very happy with our new kitchen The workers at Keystone were friendly and very professional. From the 1st day when the demo work was done by Jim and the carpentry work by Lee and others the job went on without delays. Any questions we had was addressed immediately. This gave us confidence that the work would be done properly because of the professionalism of the crew. The kitchen is beautiful and we would use keystoneKitchens again and highly recommend them to everybody

I am most pleased with the experience of working with Keystone. The project went smoothly from start to end. It is doubtful that I will experience problems with my wonderful cabinets, but, if I did, I am confident Keystone would be right on it. The cabinets look great and work beautifully. If I get around to remodeling my 50's bathroom, I would definitely get Keystone on the job. I would recommend the company to family and friends with hesitation.

Chris the owner and his entire staff who worked in our home were amazing. They did a fantastic job and addressed and answered any concerns immediately. I highly recommend Keystone Kitchens for a small remodel right up to a big scale remodel. The experience was hassle free and I would certainly use Keystone Kitchens again without a doubt.

Keystone Kitchens is truly an amazing company. Our great experience with Keystone started right when we got the bids for the kitchen remodeling project. During the bidding phase, Chris came up with fairly detailed designs for a couple of layouts, whereas other companies provided only rough sketches. Chris gave us the feeling that he would go extra miles to do things in the right way. This made it easy for us to decide to proceed with Keystone. During the engineering phase, Chris did excellent job fine-tuning the design details and making proper adjustments. Chris and Susan provided sound suggestions when helping us choose countertop slabs, cabinet styles, tiles, and various accessories -- there were lots of design/material decisions to make along the way. Chris was quite analytic when comparing design choices. In addition, he was patient and didn't push decisions one way or the other. In the next phase, Tom and Steven were the main guys building and installing the cabinets. They did meticulous job and showed true craftsmanship. Other than tile backsplash installation, which pretty much depended on the time for the custom tiles to get delivered, the remodeling work was finished about 1 week behind schedule, which was quite good in this business. We were very happy with the high quality work that Keystone Kitchens did.

The onsite work was performed by Kendele, who was friendly, respectful and very good at his trade. There were no unexpected expenses and the project came in on budget. The co-owners Susan and Chris Wittenbrink are very friendly, professional and trustworthy. To sum it up, the entire project went very well and we can wholeheartedly recommend Keystone Kitchens to anyone who wants a high quality kitchen remodel.

We love our kitchen! Keystone was fabulous! we wanted to remodel the kitchen but had a very short time frame to make plans (needed to do some demolition before hardwood refinishing). I called Chris and he came out that evening to look at our kitchen and draw up a rough design. we liked him and his design so much that we decided to go with Keystone. They started the kitchen two weeks later, the installer (Tom) was great to have around and became one of the family. He was very friendly and easygoing and very thorough and detail oriented at the same time. We also went through Keystone to get the granite and I am glad we did. they get discounted rates at several granite yards and we got a slab that we love! I would definitely use them again! they are very responsive, friendly, honest, and do high quality work. I couldn't as for better

Overall, Keystone Kitchens did an excellent job. We had Karen as our designer and she did a great job helping us design our new kitchen and choose the right materials such as the granite and the tile for the backsplash. She recommended refacing our cabinets since although 30 years old, they were solidly built cabinets. She did also recommend some changes in the layout that have indeed proved to be more functional. The project manager and tile setter also did an excellent job and was always courteous, responsive and professional. There were no major issues during the project, which was great. Although it did take a little longer to complete than first estimated, the owners always kept us in the loop and made some concessions to make up for it. The end result is beautiful (just as I hoped it would look) and everyone compliments on our new kitchen. I have recommended them to several friends and colleagues and would use them again in the future.

I had good experience with KeyStone. Karen was very experienced in designing the overall layout and was willing work with our budget. She helped me a lot in picking up materials and provided quick response along the way. Chris is supper nice and very responsive. Kendelle was in charge of the project. I was very happy working with him. He was trying to do the best. My kitchen turned out to be very nice. They have high quality cabinets and Chris is very picky about good quality of installation. The best is that their cabinets have life-time guarantee. I noticed couple tiny scratches after about a month , they quickly came out and replaced them. I was very impressed by their customer service. I have met several of people working with KeyStone and each one of them is very professional and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend KeyStone to anybody who need a new kitchen or bath. As a matter of fact I have referred them to a friend.

I wish I could give this company an A++ rating because they truly deserve it. Everyone in the company, from the President down to the installers, were professional, courteous, prompt and, above all, true artisans. I have never had craftsmen in my home with such a high degree of professionalism and/or attention to detail. The President, Chris Wintebrin, is the most honorable businessman I have ever met, he is completely committed to making his clients happy and satisfied with their end product. The designer, Karen Kupferer, was both talented and cost conscious. Lastly, the carpenter/installer, Tom, was amazing. He was talented, hardworking and infinitely patient with my elderly cat, who wanted nothing more than to get in Tom's tool box. I cannot recommend this company enough to you. They deserve every success they achieve. In a word, they are awesome.

We are very pleased Keystone Kitchens and encourage anyone to consider using them. They did great work at a fair price. Their employees were professional and experienced. During the planning process they walked us through each step. The interior designer met us at several tile stores while we struggled to make decisions. Susan was patient and never made us feel rushed in any way. Both Susan and Chris are very calm and helped us to stay calm through a very stressful and frankly, scary, thing...a full remodel of our kitchen. We saved for many years to have the money to do this work and we wanted to make good decisions. Their ability to handle any of the issues that popped up in planning and installation really put us at ease with the project. The Project Manager who was on site doing the work for the entire project was knowledgeable and professional. All of the workers who came into our home were professional and considerate. They were on time or communicated with me prior to arrival if they would be late. The kitchen is complete and it is beautiful. We are so happy with the outcome. The cabinets are great quality. The project was origianlly scheduled for 6-8 weeks and it actually completed in 10.5 weeks. However, we were kept in the loop about the delays and why they were happening. And the company made several accomodations to us in the end due to the delays which I thought was great business and showed character and integrity. If you want honest work from good people, I encourage you to consider Keystone Kitchens.

This project was the 2nd time that we've embarked on a kitchen remodel, and decided to choose Keystone Kitchens after reading the Angie's List review, evaluating two competitors, visiting 2 references, and visiting the showroom to get a sense of the craftsmanship. We found that their pricing was competitive, and Keystone was able to work with us to deliver to our goals within budget. We had Karen (who appears to be frequently mentioned in these reviews) as our designer. Overall, she delivered very solid designs and took the time to go with us to the stores to find the right material and work with us through detailed tweaks. She brings a lot of experience and options, as well as a strong style. She went "above and beyond" by checking in on the project during her off time or coming by to discuss tweaks to the design as we ran into complications. One complication that we ran into was how the the electrical outlets looked with some of the tile accents that we picked out. We were not happy with the outcome. However, Chris and Karen worked with us to find suitable alternatives and "made it right." The other complication that we experienced was delivery time. The project ran a bit longer than we expected, but, Chris "made it right." Keystone has a very strong set of craftsmen. To point a few out, I feel that we received great service from Mark (who did the tile work) and Sean (who seemed to be on site daily doing a wide variety of tasks.. he appears to be the "wrap up the details" guy). I don't know who (in their workshop) build our cabinets, but, they are very beautiful and all who enter our home make comments about how well the kitchen was done. So, if you are looking for a kitchen remodeling, I believe that Keystone is a strong choice. Regardless of who you choose, the odds are that you'll run into some complications. Fortunately, Keystone treats their customers well and, overall, we are very happy with our experience. I hope you find this review helpful.
