Great.

We started our journey looking for a new stove. One thing led to another and we got the "pitch" from Home Depot for cabinet refacing. Not to impressed with the "that night" discount price and the offer to replace our counter tops with a Formica marble look a like. I decided the idea had merit so I researched Angie's List and came up with Heritage Homecraft which is local for me and had great ratings. I contacted Chad and asked that someone come out to talk to us. That talk ended up taking several hours. The salesperson was great and did not come across as wanting to sell you a used car. End result was we went with the whole package. The install process was explained to us that night with a promise that the company has a real belief in satisfied customers. After my experience I really think they are serious about that! After an initial appt for measuring - on time and very efficient and friendly, the day arrived. An installer showed up promptly on time, introduced himself, and told us what the process would entail. He kept us informed the entire 3 and a half days it took all the work to be done. After completion I had reason to contact Heritage because molding had been removed and replaced leaving large nail holes and because the stain on one of the panels was a bit lighter in color than the others. Someone came out in the next few days and fixed both. Part of the process involves having to take every single item out of your cupboards. What an opportunity to get rid of things! But at the same time when you now have sliding drawers where you only had shelves things do not quite fit the same as before. During the reconstruction we discovered that the new cabinet door hinges did not open far enough on one of the cabinets to allow the cabinet to be used well at all. Another call to Heritage. Again, they promptly came out and replaced the hinges with a different set which cured the problem. Heritage Homecraft did an exceptional job. Great customer service. And the price with quartz counter tops was the same as their competitor. I would give Heritage my highest recommendation.

When circumstances compelled us to delay our plans, the company graciously returned our deposit. We look forward to working with Heritage Homecraft in the future.

I had old, painted (yellow!) kitchen cabinets with plywood doors that were warped. I didn't want to tear out the cabinets, just replace the outside--doors, drawers, etc. I chose Heritage Homecraft because they reface cabinets in wood, not vinyl/formica. Jeff came to the house with with sample doors in various woods and door styles and, after much dithering, I chose the light Natural Hickory. I was given a start date and was told the job would be completed in a week. Jeremy arrived as scheduled on a Monday morning. He took off and disposed of the old doors and drawers, covered the outside facing of the cabinets in 1/4" wood, applied a finish to that wood, installed the new prefinished solid wood doors and drawers (which are self-closing!), then put on the new cabinet hardware I provided. He finished by late Thursday afternoon, well ahead of schedule. He did a wonderful job, and I am extremely pleased with my "new" kitchen cabinets.

We didn’t find him on Angie’s List. I would highly recommend them. They came out and brought the materials out. They gave you examples of the solid wood doors and the quality of their work. They explained their history and how they came to Seattle. It sounds like a family company and they guaranteed everything in writing. They told me when they had come in and when they had gone out, and they were actually done a day early. We were delighted with the end result.

A+ ! Excellent! Surpassed our expectations. I cannot recommend Heritage Homecraft enough. They are professional, punctual and their workmanship is really beautiful. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. When the project was complete I came home to a sparking clean kitchen. Not one crumb of dust anywhere. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd rate their customer service an 11! Trust me, you'll be more than satisfied with their work. Update: 09/30/11 We still love, love, love the cabinets. They are holding up beautifully. We receive many nice compliments when guests come into our home. I still stand in my kitchen and say, "I LOVE my kitchen". The beauty has not worn off or waned in any way. I'm still just thrilled with them.

Chad is very professional and punctual. The quality of work was outstanding. He explained the whole refacing process in depth, so we understood what to expect. He cleaned up every night, so I was able to use most of the kitchen in the evenings. He stuck to the contract, there were no billing surprises, or extras tacked on. He even completed all the work a day ahead of schedule.
