 + 0 moreWould like direct decision from them, whether the job was of interest or not. Not a good way to operate a business, to say one thing and do another.
Description of Work: Called and settled on a date Roberto was to come out to my home to walk thru the property, arrived on time. Walked the front yard, took off shoes and walked thru home. Walked thru backyard and upon leaving thru my home took off shoes once again. He asked for my email, said he would provide me an estimate no later than Tuesday. He mentioned my job was a small job but would be interested in the job. Roberto did not provide an estimate, I called twice and they have not return a phone call.

 + 0 moreCompany looked promising at first. I emailed them for help on watering and ongoing maintenance of a large area of new landscaping, and they replied asking for more info, which I provided. At that point they were apparently not interested in the job and decided that the best way to handle it was to not write back. Pretty unprofessional.

 + 0 moreThey're the best. I love my yard and it couldn't be better. They work very hard and they don't waste time. The landscaping they did was great and their lawn work they do for me on a two week routine is cheaper than other places. I like the way they are so professional.
Description of Work: I have them take care of my lawn every two weeks or so and they also do my landscaping.

Description of Work: Rebuilt my retaining wall using good rock (some of the old rocks were crumbling), landscaped the top of the wall and along the sidewalk at the bottom. He was courteous, prompt and reasonably priced.

 + -1 moreI called Roberto because I got his name from another pleased customer that I know. Roberto listened to our needs. His estimate was reasonable and the final cost was no more than what he said it would be. Once the work got started (we called about 4 months in advance because I wanted him to do this at a certain time in the spring.) Roberto and his crew worked hard until the job was done. The guys were extremely hard working. Roberto checked with me every few days to see how I liked what they were doing. I liked the way he treated me. It was a win, win experience for us! Description of Work: Roberto transformed the boring, 50's landscape of our home into something that is modern and alive. It was completely relandscaped--including taking out old fencing, unattractive shrubs, moving some of the rockery around so that it was more attractive and useful, taking out all the grass, adding things to make the sod healthier, putting in an automatic sprinkling system. constructing a very attractive gate and fence, putting flagstone in as a path and patio, adding tons of plants, shrubs, etc. We have lots of property in a great location. I constantly have people comment on how nice my yard looks. I LOVE my yard. Finally, I can actually work in my flower beds because it is so easy to care for--and I can see progress I make, ie pruning my roses. I had a realtor tell me that we increased the value of our home by more than the actual amount we paid for the landscaping.
