In a word, terrible. Because the damage was caused by a unit above me, I wasn't actually the one who hired this company (now owned by Kustom US), it was all coordinated with the building management company and insurance company. At first it seemed like things would go okay, Boh got in touch with me early on and when I asked about an estimate he said things should only take a couple weeks. By 1.5 weeks in workers had only showed up 1 day so far, so it was clear that timeline was off. I got in touch with him again and said since it was obviously not going to be done on the original timeline I wanted an update on their plan, he informed me the work was more extensive than they originally thought, that they hadn't realized the floors needed to be replaced so that was going to be a separate timeline. But at that point they weren't even done with the drywall and painting, so he told me that stuff would take another week, it took 2.5 more weeks. I expressed to them many times my frustration with the slow progress, they never met any deadlines that they had set, and routinely went days without doing any more work on the project. The new trim that they installed around the door wasn't the same quality/texture as the existing trim right next to it, when I told them I wanted to make sure it matched they said they would take care of it but nothing was done to fix it. I gave them a sample of the floors I wanted and it took them 2 weeks before they even ordered it, and 2 weeks later from that I'm still without flooring. This project has been ongoing for almost 3 months now and I still don't have the new floors and they haven't replaced or fixed the trim they installed that doesn't match. My recommendation would be to avoid using these contractors.
