Thank goodness for Angie's List. I found Ernie's Carpet Care Inc in your book. Since they also clean furniture I called them and found them to be exceptionally friendly and cooperative and wanting to do a good job for me. The professionalism of this company is refreshing and much appreciated. My furniture was beautifully cleaned and restored by their expert Anthony who cared deeply to do a pleasing job.

They did a excellent job of cleaning the carpets and removing some stains.

Ernie and his staff were very professional, polite and kind. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would call them back in a heartbeat.

Ernie's Carpet Care was very professional and the carpets came out looking great. The only problem I had with Ernie's was that the price was quite high.

I called this company based on the reviews they received here. I needed somebody to clean my carpets on very short notice. Ernie came out himself and did the work. I was extremely pleased! I felt comfortable leaving him in my home, he was very careful to protect walls and furniture from the hoses, and left fans to facilitate the drying. I will use them again and recommend them highly without reservation. They might cost a bit more, but they are worth every penny.

Excellent - this is the third time I have had the carpets cleaned in the last two years and the first time they got clean. It's two weeks later and none of the spots have come back.

Ernie came out himself on a Saturday morning to clean my carpets. He was courteous, professional and the carpets came out awesome.

They were very thorough, prompt, and did a fantastic job!

We were buying a house and arranging to have the carpets cleaned while it was still empty before we moved in. The previous owners had at least one dog, so we wanted to make sure that the carpets were thoroughly and professionally cleaned before we moved into the house. Ernie and Joy were unbelievably helpful. They did a wonderful job and even offered to come back and do any touch ups that might be necessary if the movers tracked in any dirt. This ended up not being necessary, but it was a generous gesture and a good sign that they want their clients to be pleased not only with the original cleaning, but also with the way that their carpets look in the long-run.

I had a short time frame to get the carpet clean before company arrived. Ernie arrived to provide an estimate within a day. He was very thorough measuring and asking me questions about what I wanted done and what I could expect from the cleaning process. He understood my concerns about the room that was especially dirty and addressed the ways the problems could be managed. He was sensitive to my need for cleaning products that wouldn't cause a breathing problem for me.

Our carpet was heavily soiled. They did a very thorough job of cleaning and removal of spots. I was very pleased with the results-much better than any previous company I have used. The people were very nice, professional and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up when they said they would. They explained everything and answered all of the questions I had. They did a fabulous job and got rid of the wear pattern. They used an health-friendly cleaner and did a thorough job on the edges and corners. They provided good information on how to get it ready so they could do the best job. They did everything they said they would and more. They were more expensive than the other company that I've used, they did a really good job and it was worth it. They used protectors on the corners of the walls to avoid damage, and they left us some pads to put under the furniture if we needed them. They left large fans in the room for 24 hours and came and picked them up for no extra charge. They will not sell you something you don't need.

Came out right on time. It actually turned out to be less than his quote. Gave me tips for future stains on my flooring. Cleaned up well did not leave any equipment behind. Called a few days later to make sure that the stain did not reappear.

Superb. I was amazed at the results; my carpeting looked brand new! The two men who did the work were very professional and appropriate; I was comfortable to have these people in my home doing work. I would not consider using any other carpet cleaning company for future needs and have recommended them to others.

Our oil company ruined our new carpet! Ernie was able to clean a big portion of it (the oil company replaced what wouldn't come clean). He worked very hard. Showed up on time, gave us an estimate, and was quite professional.

Great work. The carpeting was really grimy before the cleaning. Ernie did the cleaning himself, he explained the products that he uses, and what the outcome would most likely be. I felt very comfortable leaving him in the house while I went back to work. He did a GREAT job. I appreciated that he pointed out where he found problems (like urine smell in a specific spot). I had him take our area rug for a follow up job becuase I liked his work so much. Both times Joy, his wife I think, called me to confirm that I was pleased with the work and to answer any questions.

Excellent service and excellent job. Prices are a little expensive but it is worth the money.

STEAM CLEANED AND DEODORIZED THE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM AND SPOT CLEANED OTHER AREAS THAT NEEDED TO HAVE EXTRA ATTENTION. THEY ALSO USED COMMERCIAL BLOWERS TO DRY IT QUICKLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL. CAME OUT BEFORE JOB AND GAVE ESTIMATE. COMPLETED WORK AS SCHEDULED, AND LEFT HOUSE IN GOOD ORDER. CARPET STAINS WERE ALL REMOVED. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE IN THE PAST AND ALTHOUGH A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER SERVICES, DOES EXCELLENT JOB!
