Varga's company was highly recommended by a neighbor in Sammamish. The crew was very thorough and diligent with cleanup, especially during the surface preparation activities. They started and finished on time. In addition, apparently one side of our house was more difficult than expected due to sun weathering but Varga's team did the extra work without suggesting a rate increase. We chose a top of the line paint which added ~$500 to the bid. Varga has a brochure holder on his trailer and, based on the number of people that took brochures as our house was getting painted, I would say that other folks thought he was also doing a great job! We definitely recommend this company.

Varga was very prompt to come to my house to review the exterior painting work and submitted a written quote the same day. Varga was reluctant to perfom the work due to the rainy conditions and is the reason I used another painter.

I asked them to bid on two exterior paint jobs of houses I own and after a number of weeks of not receiving either bid, they came back in an email telling me they weren't going to bid either job - no explanation, even when I replied asking why they wouldn't at least bid the job in the neighborhood they've been working in. I could understand that they didn't want to work on the Seattle property I guess. I laid out a list of requirements (many of which I gathered from Angie's List!) they would have to adhere to if they would get the work and I'm sure it looked over the top to them. However I was surprised that they wouldn't even bid the job on the house where I live b/c they have been working through my neighborhood for the past two years; they were painting a house down the street from me when I stopped by and asked the owner when I would see an estimate from him. He said it would be coming to me soon. Instead I received the email declining both jobs. Therefore I can't recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

The guy came out and gave us the bid and he was very professional and also followed up on things. The bid was good.

Varga was extremely helpful and professional. He applied sample colors to help with the selection process. The crew worked for four straight days. Afterwards, I noticed a couple areas that needed touch-up and Varga came out the next day and took care of them. The result exceeded expectations.

We were most impressed with Elegant Painting. They came highly recommended by our friend in Sammamish. They were very polite and professional and Varga helped us with choosing colors and the crew was very quiet and worked very long hours to finish our home. Preparation was detailed and the finish looks better than we expected. They did more than we agreed upon with out raising the price and Varga had wonderful suggestions to make our house more beautiful. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done.
