Went very well, not much to say. We have a bit of a long run on our vent and it had been 12 years since it was cleaned out. It was really impacting how ability to dry clothes. The difference was immediate & dramatic, I won't wait so long again. I hope to use this company again too. Phil was actually recommended to me by one of the better whole-house vent cleaning outfits when I said all we needed was our dryer vent cleaned out. That's impressive. Fast, thorough, and although $95 isn't cheap, compared to some of the full-service places and it was all inclusive of travel costs, etc., I feel we got our money's worth.

Came on time. Inspected. Got his tools. Went to work. Because of circuitous route his snake wouldn't pass all the way, so he went from both ends and then cut (and repaired) a hole in the middle to get to the difficult area. No problems. Did just fine. Pleasant man. Fee is standard, and although he was there over an hour, no extra charges.

Very good experience. The operator just happened to be in my area when I called, so he was able to arrive same day. Not sure this service provider would have worked out otherwise without a service call charge because of the distance (Woodinville to Kent East Hill). Operator is flexible and will service greater distances at no charge if he is in the general area.

Good. Bottom line is that our clothes are now getting dry after a normal dryer cycle (previously had to often run dryer for an extra partial cycle to get clothes completely dry.

I called Dryer Vent Solutions. Since they were already in the area and I was available at the same time, they were able to come by the house the same day. I was informed on the phone that the cleaning will cost $95. He was quick and efficient. Cleaned out the dryer vent. The job didn't take very long or difficult so he gave me a discount and only charged me $50. Not only was I happy that the job was done, but I got a surprise discount as well.

DVS was referred to by another company that couldn't do the job. Phil returned my phone call quicker than I expected and he came out within the appointed time window if not sooner. After the initial assessment, it was also found that the original hose had fallen off of the outside vent plate and all the lint was apparently being blown into the wall. The work was a little bit more complicated since there was a bend from the wall in the laundry room to the wall space going to the outside. So it took him a little longer than he expected. I was very pleased with the work done. Phil also gave me suggestions on how to keep lint from building up in both the dryer and through the vent.
