We are more than pleased with excellent customer service and care as well as installation. We had hard wood floors put in and the whole experience was stress-free. Reeves took care of us on the front end making all the arrangements and helping in the show room. Ty (the owner) provided excellent advice and the installers were fast and thorough. No suprises financially or otherwise. They finished early and the floors and stairs look stunning. I've shopped around quite a bit and won't need to do that next time when we are ready for countertops, tile and carpet. We trust Builders Interiors and highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with, always responsive, pleasant and informative and we felt they actually care. 5 stars.

Danni helped me pick out tile for my kitchen backsplash, she showed me a lot of samples and helped me design it, they then worked with my tile installer to make sure to get the product so there was enough and it was correct. Very seamless service for me; they worked with and communicated with Eastside kitchen and bath, and I could not be happier with the look!

On May 23 we visited the showroom to look at tile and get an estimate for installation of a kitchen and butler's pantry backsplash. Everything went well during that visit. We narrowed our choice of tile down to 3 with Eva's help, then spoke with Ty about coming out to measure for installation. We made an appointment for May 26. On the morning of May 26, an hour after he was supposed to show up at 9am (and after we called to find out whether they were still coming), Ty informed us that he didn't leave enough time to come to the house and had to reschedule. We rescheduled for either Wednesday May 27 or Thursday May 28, but got a call that morning that Ty had a family emergency and couldn't come. We were told he would call on Friday to reschedule. No call. We called them again on Tuesday, June 2 and were told that Andy, not Ty, would be measuring and that he would call. No call; we called again and Andy didn't know anything about it. Eventually Andy came out at 8am on Wednesday June 3. I called the office for a follow-up question and spoke to Teresa, who then told me that we were too far out and that they didn't want to take our job. During this time I also sent emails with questions; some were answered, some weren't. I am extremely disappointed that they didn't tell us that they didn't want our business when we first talked to them; we've now wasted two weeks. I don't understand the "too far out" comment when their service area claims to include Everett and we're closer than Everett. I do have to say that Eva in the showroom was VERY helpful and responsive, sending me the distributor information about the tile we were considering so that I could look it up elsewhere. I would consider purchasing my tile from them if the price was right. I have since spoken to Andy about attempting to make arrangements for them to come out anyway. He's been very responsive and professional. As noted above, they declined to do installation only (we have already purchased the tile), but was professional about that and told me right away.

They were very professional from product selection in their showroom, measurement and product verification at our site. They installed both products and did a wonderful job, on time, on budget, no surprises. They did a nice job of follow up after the install to verify that there were no issues. The job looks great and the cost was dramatically below three other bids we solicited.

We're still doing it. I use them for hardwood, carpet and everything like that. They're always excellent. I use them a lot and I like them a lot. I've been doing this a long time. I've used lots of providers and they're one of my favorites. They come on time, do a great job and I use them over and over. I refer them to all my clients.

It went pretty well. It wasn't originally done quite to our satisfaction, but they came back and got it straightened out. Also, the floor guys were amazing!

I had several quotes and suggestions on how to re-surface the floor from ripping the whole thing up which would have been and mess and expensive to smoothing over what we had and re-tiling over the top. Ty was great and the chap who came to do the work was quiet and professional. I would use them again and have quotes to do further work when I'm ready.

They do carpet, tile and hardwood and they were excellent. I would refer them to my friends. The person who came out was very friendly. Basically, he kept to himself and got on with the work. When there were questions he just came and found me and was very polite. His work was excellent and his clean up was very good. When the owner came he was giving me a quote for my bathroom. While he was here I asked him to give me quotes on a few other jobs I needed done. He came back with all individual quotes so, basically, I had one job done to see how they were so I will be calling them back for the other work.

Ty refinished an added section of hardwood flooring in my entrance where a remodel had taken place. The job was tricky in that the new hardwood section was surrounded with 11 year old hardwood flooring that was not yet being refinshed. The new finish had to be matched and blended into three adjacent rooms. He did a great job, was able to work around our schedule, and everything looks fantastic.
