Description of Work: Second visit to fix a problem with a cable card. Cable provider insisted there was nothing wrong with the card. Bob's Smart Home tech finally convinced the cable provider to allow him to install the new card and to activate it. Working perfect now! No issues. The first visit for this issue was at no charge.
