Bob's is great to work with from the initial quote through completing the work and all permitting. Will definitely use them again!

I am very happy with Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning. My air conditioner broke and they came out the next day. They found the problem and replaced the part and everything works fine now. Their service person, Steve DeLeon, was great. He gave me a courtesy call before coming out and arrived on time. He took the time to explain everything on the air conditioner and furnace as he went along repairing the air conditioner and servicing the furnace. He was polite and knowledgeable. I was charged a fair price. I will call Bob's from now on for any work related to the services they provide.

Great! They were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They are returning soon to do a free maintenance of the unit.

Quite well. Michael gave us an "on-the-way" call. He listened to my description and looked the system over. He pointed out a blocked inlet and replaced a dirty air filter. He checked the thermostat settings. He was quite professional and recommended more frequent filter changes.

These guys took way too long to provide me a quote for which they charged me over $200 just for the quote. The work would have been $250+ more and the timing was months away. The worker was super rude so I just hired someone else who did the work sight unseen for $200 in just under two days. Don't use Bob's.

I want to start off saying I am satisfied with the work Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning did on our furnace and would hire them again. The prominent quality they have is professionalism and accountability for their repair work. Unfortunately, when replacing our secondary heat exchanger, several issues arose that required a call to Bob's to have a repairman come and resolve the problems. However, every time we called, Bob's was quick to respond, send over another technician, and in the end Bob's fixed our furnace, and we had plenty of heat during the Snowmageddon. All of the craftsmen were polite, professional, and had to endure climbing up in our attic to the location of our furnace to perform all the work. Initially, the service request was to perform maintenance on our furnace, and during the inspection, the technician discovered the problem with our secondary heat exchanger and repair work would be completed under a warranty bulletin. In summation, I am delighted with Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning.

I was selling the house and needed to update the thermostat. Called Bob's to do a simple change. They said I needed a new Furnace! It was just 6 years old. He said you need it to sell the house because it will be inspected, I told him to leave. Had the company that installed the Furnace come out to install the thermostat and check the Furnace. Everything was fine. The home inspection was good too. There is a reason Bob's has so many new trucks...

I've switched to Bob's from my previous provider because the two technicians I've had out for service are thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, and spent time working out the problem. Bob's provided a full cleaning after a remodel kicked up a bunch of drywall dust, they removed the blower and cleaned the ducts. A little over a month later, something was causing the power to shut off to the furnace shortly after kicking on. The technician spent a decent amount of time tracking down the problem and after much head scratching, found a thermometer's insulation was coming lose creating a hot spot in the unit, causing the furnace to shut down as a prevention measure. The fix at that point was simple. Technician explained the problem, the solution and was on his way. Charged only for the diagnostic.

The person from Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning did a nice job of inspecting and performing the Heater service. There was some noise coming from the unit which he identified and fixed. Did a nice job explaining what service was performed and how the various components were holding up. I would definitely hire them again.

They were on time, were very careful going in and out to not get anything on carpet. I would most definitely hire them again.

They did a great job and promptly. My only complaint was efficiency rating of the tank. The energy use rating for the tank installed was above the indicated typical range for similar tanks.

very well, no repair needed for error code 12, found that the earthquake safety switch (which I didn't know I had installed on the gas line) had tripped for some reason cutting off the gas to the water heater and furnace. Easy fix, professional service.

I called Bob's because a) they are an Authorized Rinnai dealer and b) Because of the excellent reviews on Angies List. The person who answered the phone informed me that Bob's was not installing water heater's until the fall due to "a lot of things going on with the schedule". I offered to wait until the fall but was hoping to get something on the calendar given how far out all HVAC companies are booked. I was informed that if I wanted to, I could call back in September to see if I could get on the schedule. My view is that if I call in September, I will be waiting until October or November to get an estimate. The person did offer to transfer me to their sister company (Washington Energy Services) but those folks are not Rinnai dealers.

Will not preform water heater install during the summer?!

Two technicians came, one being trained. They were on time and respectful of me. I go to Washington once or twice a year and have used Bob's because the old owner did and I can schedule an appointment thru email,

They tested everything on a 14 years old furnace, and fixed minor issues. I know I can squeeze another 4-5-6 years. Took about in hour, 2 people, very knowledgeable.

Terrible. I called their 24 hour number when my furnace did not come on in the morning. I told the receptionist my problem and that Bob's Heating had installed my furnace 20 years ago when our home was built. She quickly told me that they would not want to work on the furnace because of its age and stated that the earliest they could get a technician to my home would be over a week. She then referred me to the BBB to find another company. We are in the process of moving and will be adding a new HVAC system to our new home. Bob's will not be consulted for our new system and I will never contact the company again.

Got someone from Bob's heating and Air Conditioning came to a home in Bothell. He inspected everything and mentioned something about more pressure in the furnace. Technician was thorough with inspection and mentioned that estimate will be sent by end of the day. Waited for a week and called them and I was told that estimate will be sent soon. Again waited for another week and called them - the same response that someone will contact you and an estimate will be sent. This time I even gave another email address in case there is an issue with delivery of estimate in my regular email (though that never happened). But Never got an estimate from them. Note: I contacted them in 2016 also and it was same behavior then And I did mention this as well to them with hope at least estimate will be shared.
