Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning

We lost hot water overnight. I called at 8 am to have someone come look. He arrived within the promised window and diagnosed the problem. He quoted a price of about $300 to fix it, but pointed out that there were some issues with the tank that might make it wise to replace all at the same time. This water heater was new in 2007 so we agreed to go ahead knowing they don't have long lives. He was able to complete the work by about 6 pm. They were very professional and tidy and, if a water heater installation is a thing of beauty, ours is. We have lots of hot water. My only complaint is that they turned off the furnace and forgot to turn it back on. It was a warmish weekend, and we keep the house chilly to save heating costs, so we didn't notice. Two days later we finally caught on, brrr! Otherwise everything went well and we will use them again.

It was good. Not much to be done. Came on time. Checked all the regular things, chaned the filters. Told me what is good, what is bad and recommended further service.

Shane from Bob's heating showed up on time and preformed the furnace inspection and service. During the inspection he noted a couple of small issues that needed to be taken care of and took care of these items as well at no additional cost. Professional, friendly and honest service. Would use this company again.

I purchased a prepaid service through Angie's List. We got it scheduled within a few days. the technicians were on time and were professional. Everything went as expected. I'll be calling them next time.

I picked Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning based on reviews posted on Angie's List. I knew they were not the least expensive company on Angie' list but they had the best ratings. They showed up on time and called me beforehand to make sure it was still a good time. They serviced the furnace and gave it a clean bill of health. They did not try to up-sell me on anything and told me the furnace was in good shape. I trust them and recommend them.

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace into my (1978) home and I couldn't be happier! From the initial contact and designing of the system to the piping, electrical and furnace/ducting crew, their service was top shelf from beginning to end. Every member of the team was professional, courteous and skilled in their discipline, sincere thanks to Gabe, Patrick, Ivan, the piping crew, Josh and especially Peter who took such care to manage the project onsite from beginning to end. Also was impressed with Bob's level of oversight, the supervising manager stopped in multiple times to check in and make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the work. After the installation was complete they walked me through all the operation, informed me of the reoccurring maintenance process and next steps for final inspections; when I called to schedule the final inspection the CSRs on the phone were also very courteous and helpful, a superior experience, props to you all!

Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing and outstanding job! First, the sales representative came out twice before the work started, and answered all our questions knowledgeably. He quoted us a price that was extremely fair and satisfactory to us. Our attic is cramped, yet the installers were able to put in new ductwork and install the pipework from the meter to the new furnace. The installers were prompt, polite, clean, and very careful to make sure everything was in the right place. They put down tarps when bringing in equipment and supplies from outdoors, and even vacuumed up the debris from having to cut new holes in the ceilings. We are extremely pleased with the job they did, and certainly would not hesitate to call them to repair any of the furnaces in our rental houses. We cannot say enough good things about them. We have already been telling everyone we know about how well they did this job.

I had used Bob's for vent cleaning and was so impressed by Tyler and the service by Bob's that I had them do my seasonal furnace inspection , even though I have a service contract with another company. Kevin came right on time and did the service and fixed another problem as well. Because of Tyler and Kevin I will be using Bob's in the future for all my heating needs. They are GREAT

Quick to respond. Didn't have the part on first visit so installed a used part to get our heat back on. Came back and installed the new part when it came in at no cost. Awesome service and super friendly!

I bought the package with the heater and duct cleaning. I also found that it was not a 15% discount as was advertised. I had called them directly and they had quoted the same package price whether with Angies List or not. First team came out and inspected the furnace portion of my heat pump. They also explained that my Honeywell thermostat did not have the additional layer that would allow me to do additional manual functionality. It did not matter to me as my adjusting the cooling heating numbers took care of things automatically. Said all was good with a bit of cleaning. Next came the duct guy. The duct guy was unable to do the duct cleaning due to the way my system was installed. He tried the crawl space approach and was not able to get access to the ducts. So unfortunately, unless I hire someone to go the vent into the furnace vs. their core out to the vents, I would have to pay a tremendous amount of money. He took the system apart and put it back together. I am to be receiving a refund for the duct cleaning. My concern is that they will charge me more than I would have wanted to pay for just the furnace inspection. It is now the next day and I am sitting in a freezing home. My furnace is not working???? Not sure when that happened during the furnace inspection or from the pulling apart the system to see if the ducts could be cleaned. The person on the phone was very apologetic and will work to get a person out today. Things happen so I am not giving this a bad experience a bad rating. It just sometimes happens. We will see how long it takes to get my heat back on and what they will give me as a refund. I will update when these happen. I am freezing!!!

The existing machine was 35 years old; no parts available and it was inefficient. Within a day, removed and installed a Bryant, more efficient, better air distribution. These guys were great...electrician had to add circuit as well to replace aluminum wiring...installation exactly according to program. Cleanup was spotless, installation was belts and suspenders....silver tape and mastic over the ductwork connections....

The Bob's service tech was very professional, called ahead and took extra time to look over an additional furnance question we had. I would highly recommend them for my furnace tune ups and replacement work.

Because of the professionalism and integrity of Tyler I would highly recommend Bob's and intend to contact them when when I need furnace maintenance and when I am able to put in a heat pump

It all went very well. Customer service was excellent from the start and Bob's gave me an appointment within two days of my call which was perfect for me. The Tech (Kevin) arrived as scheduled, and he did call to confirm the time he would arrive. He was thorough, efficient and professional. He fully answered all of my questions, and provided me great information about my system. Overall the service was excellent and would recommend them to others. I later saw other offers for annual maintenance that look comparable by another company also with A rating at much less cost. So will look at this before purchasing my next annual maintenance and inspection.

I would not do business with Bob's. The system was modified because we had another company put in a pump and I had paid a 3-year agreement and they said that it would not be covered since the system was modified, that they would not refund the 2 years that was left on the contract. I won't be doing business with Bob's.

The companies next availability was too far out. Needed work done sooner.

John showed up to perform the annual furnace and air conditioning service. I pointed out a problem with water runoff coming from my air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined what needed to be done to correct the problem (the air conditioner drain system had not been properly installed one year earlier). John corrected the problem and ensured the air conditioner was properly installed. He then performed the annual inspection and provided a few helpful pointers on use of the thermostat. John showed up on time, was professional, courteous and helpful. All the work was performed expertly and he took the time to explain what he had completed. The extra work was covered by my warranty, so I was only charged for the annual service. Highly recommend Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning. They were very helpful in scheduling the work and backed up their warranty 100%. I will continue to use them for my routine services and any emergencies that occur.

Everything went great. The unit was just fine and he even cleaned up the unit for me.

Came out and did a free estimate On air conditioning and a new furnace. Gave us some great information on heat pumps vs a furnace that we weren't aware of to make our decision. After a few estimate from a few companies we went with Bob's. In there estimates they had and gave us better units at the same price than the other companies did with the leaser units in there estimates and thats what made my decision. They were very professional and helpful in there install and went beyond there call of duty in replacing some things that was not in there estimate in fixing to make our install complete. They also sent my registrations for my warranties in so I didn't have to. When they left the job site it was as clean as it was when they got there. Would highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

nk size Bob's was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting an alternative tank size which cost less without reducing basic performance, They were on-time, professional and obtained the appropriate permit (which passed inspection of course). I was impressed with their honesty, advice and performance and would use them again.
