Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a repair guy come out and we decided to replace it, so 2 guys came and then a plumber that had to come out to look at the gas line and another for electrical. So 5 guys in total. They were pretty much here all day. They left the place clean and they laid out tarp.

They had to come out twice, because they didn?t complete the job the first time. Well, that was for the water heater, they didn?t install the drain line properly. So, when I had to get it inspected, it failed the inspection the first time. They were good on price. Quality in the end it was an ?A?, they had to come out twice to fix a problem that they didn?t address the first. They were quite responsive. I remember them being on time. We had gotten a furnace and a water heater, but I think they were billed separately.

I spoke to a very helpful person and decided to go with a different company that had already given me a bid. However I have had Bob's service my old machine many times over the years and always to my satisfaction.

Every thing went smooth and installation was done quickly.

No complaints - it's easy to get an appointment, they communicate well and show up on time. I have had them do other work (replace hot water heater) and find them to be reasonable.

Technician analyzed the problem and fixed it in a very reasonable time. Cost was also reasonable

They tech was great. They were punctual and professional. They changed the filter.

The technician was scheduled to arrive between 8 am and noon. He called just after 10 am to tell me he would be arriving in the next 30-40 minutes. He arrived around 11:00. He was very professional and wore booties when he came into the house. The service took approximately 50 minutes. Before leaving, he informed me that everything was in good working order. The best part was he did NOT try to sell me extra services, especially ones I didn't need.

All and all great experience with Bob's. Our install was complicated in that our furnace location is really cramped as well as our crawl space is really tight. Alex and crew took care of it all without issue and any time anything came up he'd ask what I preferred for installation. I'm a skilled DIYer so I'm picky about the quality of installation and craftsmanship and I can unequivocally say I'm glad I had Bob's do the installation.

The did a terrific job both in terms of product installation and area clean up. Product provided has been working efficiently with no issues.

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning installed the system when we bought the house. They've been good and reliable the few times we've had to use them. They haven't done much for us. When we needed them to come out, they're very prompt. They come out when they say they're going to. They do the job. Everything has always been repaired satisfactorily.

You always have to call them to come out and do something rather than being on scheduled appointment times to come and do it. You always have to call them all the time to get what is scheduled to be done in a timely manner. It's like, if I can only be there at a certain time, it is like you have to accommodate everything to their schedule rather than them timing everything to their schedule. That's not always the best thing.

Previously they had a different technology, they had hooked up these big sucking machines and I really liked the work that was done then. They didn't use that technology when they came out last time. It was more of a portable outfit. The price was on the high side. They come when they are supposed to.

We've been here for 14 years. We always use them.

Great. Pleasant and professional inspection. Left us with a clear picture of the future work that would be required, and did not push any sales or mark ups. Simply explained everything we had to deal with and left the decisions to us.

Scheduling was very communicative, and the whole process took about a day as the cleaning team and the technician came separately. A very polite and professional experience. The technician answered all of my questions and worked around our under construction home environment graciously. A little on the expensive side, but reasonable, and I felt confident that I got what I paid for for good quality service.

He was very professional. He was pretty straightforward. He came out when he said he was going to come out. He talked about my needs and he gave information. He said the heat pump wasn’t really necessary unless it was something I wanted.

They did everything I asked to do and they were friendly.

Complicated but in the end okay, well we had the air conditioner installed by them and they had originally do your entire sub division so we sort of went with them because we need they had done our current heating system and they had said that before they installed it it would be best to have a pre inspection done and have a vent cleaning and that appointment they like totally and completely messed up first it would be an hour an a half, they needed seven hours they showed up late it was just knock out. Their office staff or organization need a little bit more help and a little more support in the organization but as far as the guys that actually come out and do the service they are super nice and the were top notch very well informed and extremely polite, extremely courteous in terms of making sure they that they were tracking anything in and out of the house they cleaned up after themselves and making sure that we knew what we have to do like in advance to make sure they could get you whatever they needed to like if you need to run a additional electrical to the opposite side of the house and verified that we didn't have upgrade the electrical box to do it.
