+ -1 moreI contacted this company for a quote on paver patio. One of their reps came out and measured the job. He seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant. He promised to have a quote done for me in a few days. A few days came and went, but I received no quote. I followed up with the rep in about a week. He said they've been really busy and he would have a quote done by end of the day. He didn't meet that deadline and ended up getting the quote to me the day after next. When I received the quote, I was shocked by their pricing. The quoted triple of what I was expecting based on my previous research. I found another contractor who is doing the patio right now and is charging 1/3 of Appian's pricing. Unless you like throwing your money away, I would find someone else purely based on how much this company wants to make on each job.

+ 1 moreOriginal installation 1999. Very smooth initial installation. We chose to use our general contractor to compact the soil and that proved to be a mistake. When a section of the patio shifted and sank, Appian came through are did the job right. Fast forward 10 years...a corner of the patio was cracking due to hillside soil. Appian came out and repaired everything once again! These guys are the best.
Description of Work: We had Appian furnish, specify and install a 50X15 patio. They also installed a surface drainage system integrated with the pavers.
