This company contacted me as soon as I purchased the "big deal." That is great initiative. The people I dealt with over the phone, by email, and in person were professional and friendly. They cleaned my windows, inside and outside. They used only soap + water; no chemicals, which is a plus. The windows were cleaned well. This company was also quick to remedy an issue--they came back the same day to fix a spot that had been missed.

I was getting ready to list my house for sale and completely forgot about the windows in all the preparations. I called 5 pm on a Tuesday night and explained my situation. They fit me in the very next morning just in time before pictures were taken for the listing. The windows look fantastic! On top of that, the young man who cleaned the windows saw me sweeping the mess in the driveway and street that was left over from landscapers the day before. After he was all done cleaning windows, he kindly offered to use his blower and clean up the mess at no extra charge. In minutes the area was cleaned and saved me at least a half hour of sweeping and washing down driveway and street. Such a lifesaver! Highly recommend this company.

This was a Big Deal on Angie's List. Andrew just left and I have never before had just good service for my house windows at a fair price that includes windows inside and out. I will want him back the next time. Andrew was experienced, thorough and friendly.

The technician arrived on time, cleaned all 28 window panes inside and out as discussed. The windows were clear as new glass.

The job went very well. John had to reschedule once because it had frozen the night prior to our appointed time and the gutters and roof would have been frozen and dangerous. That is perfectly understandable, as I wouldn't go up there either like that. We rescheduled a couple of weeks later and John and his helper were done in about an hour and a half to two hours. I did have him re-do one window before he left where streaks had been left and a corner was missed, but overall everything was done very well and any mess from the roof was cleaned up adequately.

I signed up for their special and they proactively called to get this scheduled. It was great! They arrived on time and did better than I could have done. I would use them again!

John did an excellent job on all the windows of our home. He was prompt, professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. We will definitely be using this service again in the future.

We signed up for the $99 big deal which included window cleaning for up to 28 windows (each pane counts). Someone called me within a day to schedule our appointment. They were actually available for appointments nearly any time but our family activities forced us to wait a couple of weeks...we agreed on Feb 4th. On the 4th right at 8:30 AM John's truck drove into our driveway and he was ready to go to work. We actually have 30 windows but he cleaned the extra 2 without an extra charge. They were spotless! We also had him blow the needles and debris off the roof. While up there he pointed out that there was more moss than could be seen from the ground and recommended applying moss killer. He didn't have the product in the truck so we agreed that he should return on another day to apply it. The other service was to pressure wash the Leaf Guard gutters. Although they don't fill up with debris, pine needles and moss may stick to the rounded upper edge. When that happens water doesn't drain into the gutter effectively. An occasional pressure wash will get them going again. John was quick...all this was done before lunch. And the following Thursday he returned to apply the moss killer. Now our windows are spotless and the roof is good to go! Overall we were very pleased and will use All Clear Window Cleaning again!

They were professional and punctual. I would hire them again. They did all the windows and skylights. It was a great job.

He arrived at exactly 8:00 AM as promised. Introduced himself, put slippers on his feet. Asked if he was going to disturb anyone still in bed, and worked around it. The young man would have done his mother proud with his manners and work ethic. He came in $25.00 under budget. Company called the following day to follow up on any concerns. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

From estimate to scheduling to actual work every thing was handled professionally. Worked on blustery,wet cold day when others might have chosen to reschedule. Paid attention to detail and completed all tasks as described. Very pleasant to work with -will definitely use again.

This service was done while I was at work. When I got home that day - I was amazed at how GREAT it looked. There had been a lot of moss build up all around the patio area. I never realized how much difference it would make. This company has also cleaned my windows inside and out. I think next time they come I will have them do the pressure washing in other areas as well.

This company does the windows of the building I work in. They came on time and were worked quickly. The windows were done inside and out. They were professional and efficient. There were no streaks and no mess! I would definitely have them come back. The windows were so "sparkly clean"..it was great!
