Description of Work: Jorge, cleaned the roof and gutters. Did a very professional job and was nice to talk with.

Clean gutters, inspect downspouts and pressure wash outside of gutters |3. Secure two existing skylights with screws |4. Trim fascia board that was rotting | |I am very happy with their service. I was looking for a company that not only cleans gutters but would also be able to perform roof related services. AAA1 responded to my requests in a very professional manner, sent someone to inspect my roof/gutters beforehand and sent me quotes via email describing all the things that need to be fixed. I was also able to set-up an appointment within one month time frame to get the service done. I would definitely use them again, if needed. |

Description of Work: Low pressure clean off and moss removal, moss treatment, all debris removed and surfaces cleaned.

Description of Work: low pressure washed roof, cleaned gutters inside an out, moss treatment and roof preservative applied, washed down house siding, deck, sidewalks and driveway, took away all debris.

Description of Work: cleaned and treated tile roof. AAA-1 specialize with tile roofs. Since there was no plywood under the tile they used compressed air instead of water to clean the roof so no water got in the attic. They were also able to replace damaged tiles. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: They were going to clean the moss off my roof and to apply a sealant on the roof to reduce the likelihood of the moss coming back. When they were up there, they noticed that shingles were lose and said they could fix them. It cost $138 to have them shop to match the shingles, which are a dark grey. When the work was done, the shingles that were replaced were a very, very light grey (nearly white) When I called them, I told them I wanted matching shingles and wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of them going shopping. They said that they had matched the shingles and could move them from the front of the house to the back. When I went to Home Depot,I had no trouble matching the shingles. They refused to refund the $138. They did offer to reduce the price of the sealant by $150. The sealant was supposed to be applied on a dry day. It rained the day it was applied and I had what looked like an oil spill all down my driveway, deck and patio. They said that was just the extra that did not absorb. When I asked for the MSDS they refused to share it with me and told me that it was a safe product. On the positive side, Emma in their office, was very, very nice and responsive. She just was not given the authority to resolve any issues. I have pictures of the shingles should they like to see them.

Description of Work: AAA-1 Roof Care were very responsive, professional and did a wonderful job on cleaning our roof.They were competetive on pricing and flexible to our changing scope of work. Their service agent was very professional and did a great job on cleaning our neglected roof and it looks like new. Thank you Karen & Gilbert!
