A Step Above Window & Gutter Cleaning

Steve and his colleague arrived right on time. From the start, Steve was very personable, cheerful and professional. We walked the property and discussed exactly what needed to be done. They then went to work and did a very thorough and professional job. Although I only requested cleaning of our second-story gutters (I had cleaned the first-level gutters myself a couple of months before), Steve went through all the gutters, at no extra charge. I am extremely pleased with the results, and feel that the cost was very reasonable. It is a rare pleasure to deal with people who are very pleasant to work with, yet highly professional.

Steve was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. They arrived when they said they would and did a meticulous job. As requested they took extreme care not to damage any of my plants. I waw extremely happy.

Not only did they do a superb job on the roof and gutters, Steve was nice enough to help a damsel-in-distress to get her car started via jumper cables before they even started the job. The final price even came in below the original bid! Thanks to a very, very nice man who clearly wanted to please his customer. When they cleaned the roof, instead of using high water pressure, they gently loosened the moss which protected the integrity of the roof. They cleaned up well, and I even got a report on the condition of my roof.

I called after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. They were available within a couple of weeks and arrived promtply and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. The actual charge was on the low end of their estimate. The owner, Steve is a very pleasant, helpful, service-oriented person. In addition to doing an immaculate job of cleaning the gutters and checking all downspouts, he helped me with some trouble-shooting on an area where rain had been overflowing the gutter an drunning down the facia board. I look forward to calling them back for window cleaning and would readily recommending him to anyone needing gutter services.

When I called (and said I had gotten his name from Angie's List) he told me exactly when he would come, what he would do, and approximately what it would cost. There were no surprises, and the final cost was about half the maximum figure he gave me on the phone. Very pleasant, up-beat guy. If only all home service experiences were like this!

They did a great job. Their prices were good, and they used a blower, as we requested, rather than pressure washing. We were very happy with their work, and we would absolutely use them again.

Steve was punctual and they were very meticulous in their work (and really quiet!). They did a beautiful job and even though it rained later that day, I can't see any spots on the windows. In addition, there were no spots left on the floors, or broken bushes, which has happened to me before. Definitely will hire again.

Called for estimate on a weekend, and he returned our call the same day. Provided an estimate over the phone and arrived punctually on planned day and time. Completed the work in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with the work and the price. Will definitely call Steve again.

Excellent. Steve responded to my email request for a bid by calling me within a few hours to let me know when he would be by that same day. He left a bid and I emailed him the next morning to accept his exceptionally reasonable bid with a time for him to call me. He called exactly on time and we set up to have the work done. He did exactly what I wanted done. The yard was clean and neat - there was a lot of debris and pine needles on the roof but the yard was cleaned up. The moss is gone and the windows are really clean. Steve also gives a 10% first time customer discount - talk about customer service!

Steve came out late last fall and repaired a loose downspout connection, at no cost, in the pouring rain, which was pretty amazing to me. I agreed I would have him come out in the spring to do the windows, check the gutters, downspouts and roof. When I noticed the more recent loose downspout, I called him to repair it and also check the roof and gutters, as we had agreed to. Because of the weather, we agreed to leave the windows until later in the spring. I had this work (both gutter and window cleaning) done by another company in the past, but wasn't altogether satisfied with the work. This was an entirely different experience. Steve is punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and is very customer oriented .

Great company! Excellent work! I had to wait about a week for Steve to come out to do the work due to heavy customer demand this time of year (November), but that wasn't a problem at all for me. It was definitely worth the wait! Steve arrived on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. He took about an hour and 45 min. to 2 hours to complete the job on my approx. 1000 sq. ft. house. I had received another estimate of $200 for the exact same work. The $103 he charged me included a $10 first-time customer discount. I had the moss killer on hand, so I was not charged for that. He was very thorough in his work AND in his clean up afterwards. Steve is professional, very nice and trustworthy. I'm definitely going to hire him again to do this same job and will also have him clean my windows in the spring. I've already referred him to my neighbor.

They are beyond fabulous!!! They are phenomenal. They did the roof first so that they didn't dirty the windows and then they treated it for mold. Then they cleaned the gutters and followed up with the cleaning of the outside, then inside of the windows. They did such a good job that we are now on his 6 month cycle for mold treatment. The guy we used, "Steve Lovejoy" is just fantastic. He is personable, and such a great guy.

Steve worked with one other fellow to blow off the debris from our roof, and clean our windows. They were polite, efficient, and do a wonderful job! We have used them many times.

Steve showed up on time at 8 am, and completed the job in about 2 1/2 hrs. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with the clean-up before leaving. The best part was the price. I got 3 other bids, all were $350.00 or more! Steve will get all my future business including window washing.
