Estimator was on time (early!) and professional. He evaluated the broken shade (along with some others we were concerned about) and removed it for repair in their shop. Returned and installed two days later. Works fine now. They evaluated the shade while in the shop and determined that they could not clean the particular fabric involved.

It went well and was pretty fast. Only took a couple hours and he did everything on site. Took all the blinds down, cleaned them and hung them all back up.

I needed some brackets for some new blinds I bought not only did they have the parts but Shaun gave me an old blind they had to complete the set. I would definitely do business with them again.

I didn't believe they could do what they did in the time promised and for the price quoted. But they did!! 1 man arrived on time after calling in advance. Went to work quickly, cleaned the blinds in his truck in the driveway, and reinstalled the blinds. Quick, easy (for me), and and professional.Will recommend to friends

I called for an estimate and was told that if I got there by 12:00 pm, I could pick the blind up later that day. I got lost getting there and arrived after 12:00. However, the gentleman took the blind and fixed it on the spot! I was there for around 10-15 minutes. This type of service and turnaround is definitely hard to find. Thanks!

They were very efficient - came to the house to pick up the blinds and promptly returned them (and hung them) a couple of days later. Excellent communication re delivery and pickup. Blinds look great

They were terrific. My two blinds looked better than from the Hunter Douglas factory. He fixed a cord on one and made some adjustments and cleaned them. They are the best and I can't say enough. They were fantastic. I had a blind that wouldn't go down and they fixed it. Rarely do I get service like that. I have a Florida ceiling window so it was a very large blind. It was $38 and another one was 93 inches wide and they put a new cord on it He did cleaning and repairs. He replaced the plastic covers at the bottom. The price was reasonable and it was worth it. I had been looking for someone for a long time to do this work. I think they are the rep for Hunter Douglas. My blinds look new. I have a lot of blinds and they will come to my house. I took these to them early in the morning and picked them up later that day. They were so nice to me and they did such a good job. The quality couldn't have been any better. The price was fair. They were so good at explaining.

I needed to have a duette shade repaired. It was still under warrenty, but the retailer I purchased it from was no longer in business. I contacted several Hunter Douglas retailers to have my shade repaired. A All Pro was the only one that was helpful and did not charge a fee for their service. I dropped off my shade and in two days I picked it up and it was repaired. It works great now and when I went to pick it up, I took another shade in for cleaning, that is how I spent $35. They did a great job on the repair and the cleaning and I so appreciate the customer service they provided. I will definately use them again!

We called A All Pro to clean our blinds mainly because we needed to remove our blinds in order to have double paned windows installed and we were concerned we might damage our blinds if we removed them ourselves. All Pro was available to come out the next day to do the job. They even helped me remove blinds that they weren't going to clean and didn't charge us for it which I thought was really courteous. They also gave us some new screws that they thought would help us re-install the blinds they weren't cleaning. The blinds look great, they were professional and on time! They were able to return the blinds to us 2 days later. We're glad we went with A All Pro!

The blinds turned out perfectly clean. I have attempted to clean blinds myself in the past, but I will simply call A-All Pro in the future. Although we had the blinds cleaned on-site to save time (we were in the process of finishing a kitchen remodel and needed to get the house ready for guests for Christmas!), I will probably drop the blinds off in the future to save money. One point: The blinds are hung back in their respective windows to dry, so cleaning the windows while the blinds are being cleaned may be thwarted by minor water-spotting when the blinds go back up.

I took shades and blinds to A All-Pro's place of business in Woodinville. The cleaning process was explained to me and the (quite reasonable) price was quoted. The work was done as promised in just two days, and the shades and blinds were carefully wrapped in plastic for the trip home. After I mounted them, the shades and blinds looked like new.

Excellent phone contact when setting an appointment. Clear estimates of time and cost. Onsite work was perfect. All of the work was done exactly as expected, including some minor repairs. Punctual, courteous, professional. After watching the onsite work being done, it was clear I made a good choice. There was no risk of damage. The blinds came out completely clean, including the kitchen blinds that get hit with grease and other goo.

It was a great experience, from our first contact by telephone with their office for an appointment. The driver who came to take down the blinds was professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. We were called with the day and time when the blinds were to be returned, and when we needed to change that appointment, they were happy to accommodate our schedule. When the blinds were delivered and rehung, we were very happy with the look of the blinds, and the speed with which they were rehung. Wish we had done this a long time ago!!

I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The woman in the office who took the call and set up the appointment was very friendly and professional. The fellow who picked up and dropped off the blinds, Paul, was great. He called when he said he would and he arrived at the early end of the agreed upon 2 hour window of time. The blinds were returned in 2 days which was important to me because these were street facing blinds and I didn't like being in a fishbowl at night. I am very pleased with how fresh the blinds look after the cleaning and the repairs were done well. They gave me a 10% discount b/c of a coupon I downloaded from their website. And, I could have received a 30% discount if I had been willing to drop off and pick up the blinds myself.

Easy as pie to schedule pick up and delivery for our blinds. I took them down because my schedule was hecitc and I would not be there when they came for pick up but I could have had them come in to remove. They repaired the string my cat had chewed through on my two blinds and returned them less than a week later. The technician put them back up. The offered cleaning for a bit more (10 bucks I think) per blind but I declined it.

The person who came out was a young man who seemed to know what he was doing. He was prompt, polite, took down and replaced the blinds without any problem. The process was quick and painless and preferable to taking them down myself and taking them to the cleaner.

This is the third time I've used this company. They pick up the blinds and take them to their base and to do the work and return the blinds and install them at the time promised. It is also the third time I have used them to repair the cords and their work is always excellent. The repairman told me this time how the cord is repaired and warned me it may not be possible to repair it. They did and the levolar type blinds look great.

Went very well. They kept their appointment time. Eric arrived and after looking over the job, he estimated that it would take an hour and a half. His estimate was right on. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We have used this company before and will use them again.

They gave us an estimate over the phone for the re-stringing, which was $70. He did right by us an we were surprised there was no charge and the repair was much simpler than $70 re-stringing. The repair only took about 15 minutes. They were knowledgeable and we will use them again.

I have used this company several times before. They have come to my home and I have also taken my blinds into the facility myself. I have a very busy and hectic schedule most days and find that making an appt. is harder for me than being able to do something on the spur of the moment. The last two times I have shown up on their doorstep, blinds in truck and they have come out and carried the blinds in for me. The folks have always been very friendly and my blinds have always been ready within 48 hrs. I have a 10' wide copper blind in my family room that is over 20 years old. I am always amazed at how good it looks when I get it back.

From the moment I called, the receptionist was extremely friendly and pleasant, and had an immediate opening to have my blinds picked up with a 2 day turnaround. I was nervous since I had such a short time frame to have the job completed, but she assured me it would be no problem. I was quoted the price and given the name of the representative who would be calling first, and then coming by at a scheduled time to remove my blinds. I did receive the call, the blinds were picked up and returned when promised. They look brand new! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

My previous renters had 2 cats and they liked to sit on the window sills and shed on both sides of these shades. They were once peach but now the bottom thirds were black with dirt and fur. I took them by on a whim, certain they would first laugh then offer to throw them out for me. They did neither and within 3 days I picked them up. They werent like new but the fur was gone as was most of the staining. I was pleased.

Since I had already taken my blinds down and needed a quick turn around, I took all the blinds to the place of business in Woodinville. They provided a two day turn around. I believe this is normal since I did not request special service. I am satisfied with the work performed. The cost seemed to be high on the wood blinds but I only compared the woods with one other company on Angies List and cost was similar but they had a longer turnaround. With the 30% discount they offer, the cost of each metal blind was $14 - very comparable to other companies. The cost of the woods averaged $26 per blind but the blinds varied in size per above measurements. Total cost was $386 which included tax. This company will also come to your home and take down the blinds and re-hang. This service receives a 20% discount vs a 30% if you take the blinds in to the shop.

Very responsive to my initial call for an estimate and representative came within time frame committed for pick up and delivery of the shades. We are very happy with the quality of the work, both the actual cleaning and the care exhibited in taking them down and reinstalling.
