Description of Work: Install about 73 feet of white 6 foot chain link fence with slats and a concrete skirt. Remove one side of old wood fencing. This company is too unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate. I have some friends who called them, they came out and did the estimate and then told them that they would be out the next week. After 3 weeks my friend called them to ask them when they would be out. The person that answered the phone was not able to find the right work order but gave them a date anyway, and they never showed up. This company made it apparent when my friends called them a second time (after the no show) to ask them what the status was, they were rude and didn't even offer a date. These are the same people that fixed one side of my folks fence. A one day job was turned into 3 days. They had 1 no show there too. The crew they sent out was late most days, left early without cleaning up the area and then on completion of the fence the same person (the owner) who gave them the estimate was on the front porch demanding payment at 6:30 that evening. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, it is apparent that they are way to big for their britches.

Description of Work: Tri-City fence initially installed my fence about 10 years ago and did a fantastic job. A couple years later a wiund storm took out some of my fence and they came and repaired it, again did a great job. I had some yard work done and some construction to my house, during that time I had to take down a portion of the fence and I could not put it back correctly, they came in and fixed it with no issues. The only complaint I would have would be, dress a little more professionally. I know its a dirty job, but could dress a little more appropriate. Would highly recommend them..

+ -1 moreWe went to their place of business and then they came out to our home to give us an estimate on the project. Ee made arrangements for them to come out and do the job, but they didn't show up when planned, or anytime in the rest of the week. They finally came out and were efficient when removing our old fence. It took another couple of weeks before they set up our new fence. I didn't find them to be very reliable, but they did a good job.
Description of Work: They removed our old fence and put a new one in.

+ -1 moreI called to get an estimate on some fencing work An appointment was set up, I left work early to be there and the y never showed up. After 1 hour, I called the office and she said that was the 2nd appointment that he missed that day. I called back 1 hour after that and the receptionist said the guy had shown up earlier than our appointment time and he would have to call me back. He never did. I guess they don't need the work.... so I would say don't waste your time.
