Within 2 hours, Ryan arrived to assess the damage, provide an estimate, and schedule removal. The tree was removed in less than 1 hour on Monday and the stump/roots removed on Thursday. With the right equipment, right knowledge, and right attitude, their work was done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed and appreciative.

I hired Top Tree Service to trim up my willow as it has been looking really sad and messy this year. The gentleman who came out took a look at her and refused to do any trimming at all. He told me that sometime in the past, she had been topped (this was before I lived in this house) and my poor tree was now sick from an infection. He came out on his own time and could have charged me for coming out or could have just gone ahead and trimmed up the dead branches. Instead, he offered me free advice on how to help my tree come back to good health. These folks know their work and I am thankful for it. I will definitely call them again.

These guys were great to work with from start to finish. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable and professional, as was his office staff and work crew. Their ability to communicate was great and I always felt in "the know." I also appreciated that they were up front with the fact that they're not the most inexpensive but also not the most expensive but that they could do an AMAZING and quality job. Ryan also went the extra mile removing a very large branch from my roof after a significant storm free of charge just as a courtesy. I would absolutely use them again!

Several years ago, it was just Ryan and we had him and crew come out to remove a neighbor's tree. The arborist was fantastic and gave me a rundown on the entire yard, what I had, how to care for them. In the ensuing years, it's evident the business is growing and they are hiring like crazy. Some of the newer crew (and younger) are not as "caring" about clean-up, therefore I did not give the all "A" rating I would have a few years ago. And there was misunderstanding between estimator and the crew - they did not follow his instructions. But they sent a second crew to fix the issues and in the end we were happy with the results. I'd just like to see the arborist again. He was great!

Crew was courteous, spoke English, worked very quickly. I did not give an A for "quality" and "overall" because of some issues: cut limbs (some very large and heavy) seemed to be falling in a rather uncontrolled fashion (e.g. on pruned bushes just missing the front of the house, and on our neighbor's small tree, etc.), and because at the end of the day at least one worker did what I had asked them not to do (not walk on new sod just recently installed, and not climb on our old, very weak, fence). One of the workers forced one gate door closed while it was still hooked open. The other gate was wrenched so that it could not close. (Top Tree's owner came back two days later and fixed it for us.) It should be noted that in the past we have had excellent service from Top Tree.

I am overall very pleased with the work done. The estimator was great and very informative, the workers showed up on time and did good work. My only complaint, and why I did not give straight As, is the cleanup. The crew left a chainsaw in the yard, a decent sized branch in a rock bed, and lots of leaf debris under one tree. The other tree which was trimmed and the one removed were pristine. I called to notify the company about the chainsaw, which someone retrieved the next business day, and also mentioned that I was not particularly pleased with the cleanup. I was told that it was because there was too much dog feces in my yard for it to be raked. I accept this for the leaf debris, but not as an explanation for the largeish branch or CHAINSAW left in my yard. I was very pleased with the actual tree work, and would definitely hire them again. I would check the cleanup job before they left, however.

Phil came out to give us the bid. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He sent out his 2-man crew a couple of weeks later. Robert and Kevin were also professional, friendly, and listened to our needs and wants. They were here 5 hours through very windy and rainy conditions. They cleaned and shredded everything. No mess! We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality job!

It was easy to communicate with the crew at Top Tree. The person who gave the estimate was good at explaining the different aspects of the recommended service and counseled us on how to proceed on some other issues. The scheduling was convenient, and the crew who actually did the trimming was efficient and polite. They really are the top!

Excellent service, very professional, I was amazed at how deeply they ground the stumps. Trees and shrubs cut one day and then returned on their usual stump grinding day to finish the job. Great work, on time and professional.

The owner of the company came out and did an estimate with me. I was very impressed with company. They were very professional and the cleaned up really well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was great. They went above and beyond even trimming what they didn't have to.

Worker were profession fast and friendly

Excellent job. Middle of the road price. Would use contractor again. They even worked their schedule around other construction going on at my house. Delayed removing stump by 1 week to accommodate construction. Tree roots near trunk were slightly raised above grass line. They shaved those down when grinding trunk. Cleaned up ALL the saw dust left from grinding. Wish I had used Top Tree when I had my other trees removed. Top Tree did a much better job and are very conscientous.

The crew and all the necessary equipment arrived on time and finished the first part of the work within an amazing amount of time. When watching the crew, it was evident that they were taking excellent safety measures both for themselves, other crew members and the property. The crew was very polite and considerate about the property and the pets, normally in the backyard. The trimming of the tree in the front yard and the removal of the larger tree in the backyard were done on the same day. The removal of the stump was done on another day in the same week, which was discussed upfront before the contract was signed. When removing the stump, it created such a large amount of chips and debris, they were unable to tell if the removal of the stump was completed or not. They came back removed the debris and found that the stump was not totally removed and returned for the final removal. Even though the removal of the debris was not in original contract, there was no extra charge. Since the time that work as done on my property, I have recommended Tree Top Services to 2 other neighbors that need trees removed, and they both have been very pleased with the work that was done for them. I would highly recommend Tree Tops Services to anyone who is looking for services for their trees. They know the different trees types and the necessary care that they might need. They have a very experience crew with all the equipment they need for large or small jobs.

I was going to have the tree removed because the surface roots were getting out of control. They would remove the tree but did give me the information needed to decide whether I really wanted to cut it down or not. I decided not to and they came on time to trimm the tree and grind down the surface roots. It was a good idea to be home while they ground down the roots to make sure the roots you want removed are those they do remove. Upon my request they suggested a landscaper (Gamache) they work with to redo the lawn and other changes in the yard.

As I looked at the finished product, I thought, "Is that my tree." Yes it was and nice so nice and pretty. They picked up after themselves and shredded all of the big and little debris.

They were extremely professional removing all root systems, and giving advice on how to keep them out. They also said that a tree growing next to the power line should be removed by the city, which I didn't know provides that service. Thank you for all the information, and the fast service.
