Description of Work: I needed some major trimming done to very tall pine trees. They accessed what needed to be done. They charged a fair price for the full day tgey spent on the job and tge trees look much better.

Description of Work: Asked them to take a look at our pine trees for bores. He came out and inspected them for free. Recommended we spray early spring to prevent problems, but no insect infestation at all. Just ask that if we need a tree service to contact them. A couple of years ago we had a black locust tree removed. They did exactly as I asked. Don't remember the cost. Very good, no mess, very professional.

Description of Work: They removed a medium-sized tree from my front yard, picked up a replacement tree at the nursery and planted it where the old one had been. It's winter so I can't tell how well the tree is doing, but as far as I know, it's fine. The only issues with Top Tree were with respect to communication; the work was done well, just not when I first expected it to be done, and at exactly the price that had been quoted. All was resolved in the end to both parties' satisfaction, however.

Description of Work: Top Tree Service removed one huge locust tree and pruned/trimmed 7 other trees that had not been trimmed for years. I gave them a B on punctuality because the day they started the service a strong wind storm blew through and downed lots of trees in the area. It took them 5 days to complete the job. It wasn't a huge deal because they were busy removing trees from houses, fences, autos that were more hazardous than finishing trimming my trees.

Description of Work: Top Tree trimmed several large trees in my front yard as well as several smaller trees in my front and back yards. Although they were a few hours late, they stayed until they completed the job. All materials were picked up and hauled away and the yard looked great. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again.

Description of Work: We were extremely happy with the job and will use them again in the future. Rated them a "B" for punctuality because they we're suppose to return the following day to finish and weren't able to return which was fine except I feel they should have called to let me know. However, the owner was at my door first thing the next morning and the crew was out that day to finish the job.

Description of Work: They saved my marriage! My husband and I could not agree as to what to do for one huge tree. Top tree advised us, assured me that I would be happy with the result, and I was overjoyed! They also topped some renegade evergreens. Superlative job.

Description of Work: Worked on 7 trees, thinning, shaping, removing suckers and verticals. All cuttings, including leaves and all fallen material was cleaned up and removed (most material was chipped and shredded). The yard was left in beautiful condition, trees looked great.
