Description of Work: I called and left a msg for Mike. His phone sent me a text saying "If you don't get a hold of Mike via phone, you can text him at miller8402@gmail.com ad he will get back with you.:-)". I texted Mike several times and it would not go through. So, I sent him an email. He called me back and said that he would try to be out later that day. He called once and said he was running a little behind but should be out by 5 p.m.. He never showed up. I have not heard from him since. Not a phone call, email or text! Wow, very disappointing. He did try to give me a quote over the phone without seeing electrical panel. I had said I had other things besides the panel so he said he would come out and give me an estimate.

Description of Work: Called Miller's Electrical to come out for an estimate. Appointment was made. Miller's Electrical did not show up for the appointment and did not call to cancel. Extremely unprofessional. Will NEVER call them again!

Description of Work: The owner Mike has done two jobs for us (furnace and heat pump)for the house and a Mini-split heat pump for a shop builing, wiring set ups, he and his crew are always on time, clean up after themselves, and were really nice to work with, just great service, couldn't be happier with them, great price as well.

Description of Work: Replaced metal rod on roof that had been torn away when a large limb fell on the wires, put in new meter box that met local height regulations. Advised me to consult a roofer about some minor damage he discovered. Very efficient. Small business did not have a card reader for phone so had to pay with cash or check...may be resolved by now.

 + -1 moreMike was doing the electrical part of our heating/ cooling system replacement and worked with us to coordinate replacing our electrical panels and adding GFCI plugs to a few locations. He arrived on time and had the work finished quickly. He even sent one of his guys back to install a dimmer switch that I had forgotten to buy. We will use his company again.
Description of Work: We had out electrical boxes replaced after having our heating system replaced.

Description of Work: Mike installed a heat pump water timer. He also completed a home inspection. Mike was very polite and efficient.We look forward to using his services in the future. He was on time and the bill was less than what he had assessed.

 + 0 moreMr. Miller was wiring in a hot tub for me. The electrical inspector did not pass his work. He did not return to fix the areas where he was deficient. Mr. Miller returned after a year and corrected the electrical inspectors requirements, but not in the manner that I wanted them corrected. And I was still stuck with repairing my sprinkler system that he put out of commission.
Description of Work: Mr. Miller's work did not pass the electrical inspectors review and the job was written up. Although Mr. Miller promised to fix the areas where he was lacking, I've never heard from him since.He also damaged my sprinkler system while doing the work. He tried to fix it, but it still leaked badly when he was finished.

 + -1 moreMike did such a great job. He was very professional and courteous. Mike put in a new fan to replace our useless smaller fan that came in our home. He also explained to us what not to do with it. I didn't realize if you left a fan on too long it could actually pull up your cool a/c air too. It makes sense but if he hadn't told us I wouldn't have thought twice about it. It works so much better than that useless piece of junk the home builders installed. Next, Mike installed a new outlet in my laundry room so that my dryer could be flush with the wall. The original outlet was fine but the house plan didn't allow for a large dryer next to the washer. Mike also installed a new dryer vent. It looks so much better now. He finished everything in a timely manner. He also charged us very fairly. We hired a plumber a few months back and that was a nightmare of a bill. We are very pleased with the work he completed. Oh, something unexpected. He even brought his own vacuum and cleaned up everything before he left. He was very respectful and thoughtful. Mike did such a great job. He was very professional and courteous. Next time I have more work, his will be the first number I call.
Description of Work: A large fan was installed in our bathroom. A new outlet was installed in our laundry room. A new dryer vent in the laundry room was installed. He let us know the kind of vent we didn't want. Apparently one type of vent birds can get into because it flaps. If they get in, obviously it could start a fire and kill the bird.
