They always came when they were suppose and always gave me a day notice when they were suppose to arrive. They did do a good job cleaning my house. I did think the price was a little high for the size of my house. The employees were always kind and courteous to me.

As I mentioned above, it was terrible. I called the owner and told her I was NOT pleased with the job that they had done. She only charge me half the cost of the service and sent a second crew - an older woman with a trainee - and they did a very good job and I was pleased. My house looked like it had been professionally cleaned. They scrubbed the floors, cleaned mirrors, vacuumed and dusted , cleaned the bathroom etc I felt good about the job and I didn't mind paying for it. However, the next and last time they came, was a disaster. I was horrified. They were two young girls who I believe had NO idea of how to clean a house... It was far worse than the first time. I called the owner of the business and had her come out and take a look at the job they had done. Again - standing dirty water on the kitchen floor, poorly vacuumed floors, toilet not cleaned, mirrors obviously wiped with the rag they used to "clean" the sink - smeared... My home looked worse after they'd come than before they arrived! The owner wouldn't let me pay... and offered to send a different group but I'd had too many bad experiences with her company and didn't trust them. I think she hires young girls who come from disadvantaged situations who don't know how to clean appropriately due to their lack of experience in their own homes. I know my own daughters - and even my son - could clean any home to the satisfaction of any white glove inspection out there! This franchise owner obviously didn't train her people well enough and sent them out long before they were ready. After this bad experience I was able to find someone who was well trained by her mother and did a beautiful job for me for considerably less money. If MM's are going to ask for that much, they need to make the product worth the cost.

Initially I was very happy with the service they provided. I have a large home and 2 little ones so was impressed that the 2 cleaners could get around and do a good/excellent job in 2 to 3 hours. After 8 months though, the second team member kept changing and the quality of work went down, Rooms started to be missed and booksheves gathered dust. The worst problem though is the agency staff. When I asked for my fridge to be cleaned instead of a hallway that was being remodelled they still wanted to charge me $45 extra. When they missed my large laundry room completely they offered me $5 discount which was an insult. The cleaners are reliable, friendly and on the whole do a good job but the management lets this company down with its poor customer service,

The first time they cleaned everything was great and then after that the quality of work wasn't good, so I stopped using them.
