After getting 2 quotes, we hired Jason for a 2 part job; the first was to replace a leaky sprinkler valve manafold and set of valves and the second was to clean up areas of the yard and install curbing. Since this was in May, we realized this was late in the season and many of the landscapers would be booked out for at least a month, but Jason was able to get a foreman out to the house to redo the sprinler system with in a week, which is part of the reason we decided to go forward with a contract with him. The foreman showed up in the middle of may and did a really good job on the sprinkler system. We have had no problems with it during this summer. Although we knew that the rest of the landscaping was not going to be able to start until June, we were prepared to wait. We made it clear again that we were wanting to go forward with the rest of the work as soon as it could be fit into his schedule. We received a message that we had been put into the schedule but it would be a ways out (with no definative date). We asked that he let us know when that would be (that was the beginning of June when we should have already been added to his schedule in the middle of May). After hearing nothing from Jason for over a month, I texted again in the middle of August to find out when the work could expected to be done, and received a message back asking who I was since he didn't save my number in his phone. After explaining who I was and the work that needed to be done, he said that it looked like it would be scheduled around Sept 10. It is now the end of September, and that was the last I have heard from Jason. So, the work that Jason's crew did for us was professional and what was needed. However, we have now spent an entire summer waiting for a landscaper that didn't show up. Had Jason been up front and stated that he couldn't fit us in, if that is the case, then we could have found a different contractor to do the work. However, the complete ghosting of us by Jason left us in the dark for the majority of the summer and the work has still yet to be completed.

Jason(the owner), is on site everyday. That was very nice because he is able to make sure that everything is going as planned and according to what was discussed prior to beginning the project. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect. For our fire pit, we planned a paver patio with a dry stacked stone retaining wall, as well adjacent large boulders to sit on. He was very artistic and thoughtful in how he executed this plan. He incorporated the boulders into the paver patio and custom cut the patio to match the contour of the boulders. He added details like this throughout the yard. The end result quite honestly blew us away, it is beautiful. He and his crew were very professional and kept a clean work area. He is very customer service oriented and wants to provide you with something that you will love. He certainly delivered for us. We love the end product, the quality is top notch and we would pick him again every time.

Jason was always early for every appointment and day of work, with the best attitude. He works with great energy and isn't afraid to recommend what he thinks would be best for the yard. I cant recommend him enough, due to the quality of work, service and just general great attitude.

We are beyond pleased with how everything turned out. Jason and his team are professional, punctual and very personable. We loved that he was a visionary when it came to the landscape design. He is very knowledgeable about plants and what works here. He did a perfect job with our patio and we have enjoyed it so much. The job from the initial quote to completion was seamless, pleasant and hassle-free. Jason and his team were ultra professional, and any changes or tweaks were addressed with a smile and no problem. Jason was on the job site during the entire job and was very responsive and communicative regarding progress. He and his team met the stated completion date with minimal delays (1-2 days), which were mainly due to adverse weather conditions. We had a few areas where we were stumped about what to do (fairly steep slope in the back yard, weird area near the rear yard garage door), Jason had suggestions that were in line with our needs. He also suggested the beds in the front yard be raised a bit, and they turned out looking even better than we had expected. He met up with us to select the stone, and was open to our somewhat eclectic taste (5 types of slate, and a fab light green stone for the fire ring). He and his team expertly laid the stone, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! The mulched beds turned out better than we expected! He also totally re-routed the irrigation system to accommodate the much smaller lawn, with individual drip lines going to each of the new plants, and tubing installed for future plantings. I couldn't imagine a better experience - and we finally have a lower maintenance yard that we are beyond happy about!

Jason and his team were professional and hardworking. We had a tight space to work in but they made it happen. He came in, listened to our needs and made our backyard into a resort. After ripping out and starting from scratch Jason installed a fantastic rock wall, beautiful lighting, mulched beds all ready for plants. he worked with our pool, our budget, and our needs extremely well.

The level of professionalism that Jason displays is incredible. From design to installation and completion, he went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. His attention to detail is impeccable. He was always on time and left the work site clean and tidy at the end of the day. If schedule changes came up he was proactive and good at communicating the plan.

Jason's bid was very professional, and included everything I originally asked for, with the bid broken down with options so I could decide how much or how little of the project I wanted done. After reviewing the bid, he adjusted it to include some things I had forgotten. He showed up the day he promised, and was personally on site and working every day. The project was finished in the time frame he promised, and it is very well built, straight, level, and looks very good. We touched base every day and he answered my questions both in person and by email and made adjustments I requested to improve the original design. I have recommended him to my friends, and I would definitely call him again if I needed any more landscaping projects done.

Jason Reynolds Landscaping. Outstanding Service Design and Layout. We had many local landscapers out; no others could provide the complete design and layout. From dirt moving, rock laying, lighting and plant choices. With photos of plants, rock design, Jason improved upon our ideas. Never had a bad word to say, a very Positive Person! A true man of his word. Was here even after service performed! He always makes you feel you?re his top priority.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from J. Reynolds. Jason was exceptional about listening to what I desired and the price I was willing to pay and then, after several iterations, he shared his vision with me. He took my thoughts/plans/vision and enhanced it with his experienced and trained eye resulting in a phenomenal transformation of my backyard. Rather than being a typical contractor who is just glad to be taking your money, it became a personal investment in my property and fulfilling the vision I had but making it even better. So the result has been that I have a backyard and patio area that I LOVE to be out in and enjoying this Spring/Summer. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The paver stones were laid in a fairly complex pattern, with a color combination that met my desires exactly and was done with near perfection in being smooth, level and a grade gently sloping away from my house. I have received nothing but glowing compliments from my friends and family who have come over and enjoyed my backyard this year. Finally, the thing that sealed the deal on this favorable review is that he is really responsive to issues even AFTER the check has been received. There was an issue with a sprinkler that he had pointed out that might be a problem...and he said "let me know and I'll be over to make it right". Well...sure enough...it became an issue...I called Jason and he was out there working on it THAT evening! That was the true test for me of someone who is not just in it for the money. I would highly recommend J Reynolds for someone looking to really transform their yard into something awesome!

I really could not be happier with Jason and his team. He listened to what we needed, came up with a great plan, fit it into our budget, and worked with us the whole time. He is professional, easy to work with, and is a visionary when it comes to landscape architecture/ design-including outdoor lighting and sprinklers. I will definitely hire him again.

We have had many contractors onsite. Jason Reynolds is the only one that can give you a full concept ( design layout, plant ideas, install ). He worked with our ideas and improved them. From rock layout , water, plants, grass, drainage too. Jason was always easy to talk with. Easy to make any adjustment on fly. No cost overages, or less product. Jason is a True Man of his Word !! Checked on us after job was complete, made sure we were completely Happy. Of all the contractor we have had building our home/yard, Jason is the one contractor I would call a friend after the job was complete.

Wonderful A+ We were starting with full fresh property. We had other top landscapers out to give ideas and designs. No other contractor could give the full scope of the design, planting choices, rock placing and yard layout like Jason. We felt like he heard us, improved upon our ideas. Always in touch and easy talk with. Changes on spot, were great. Adding on to project no problems. Prices stayed the same as the first contract, no higher rates then the start. Service after sales and install, outstanding!! A True Man of his Word!!
