Description of Work: We were inquiring about health related house issues (allergens mold/waterdamage). John spent an abundant amount of time advising us and was very kind and helpful even before we hired him and refused to accept payment for his advice.

+ -1 moreOur experience with AccuSpec was excellent. John was flexible in scheduling the inspection and was open to allowing us to be present during the inspection. He as thorough and professional speaking into his tape recorder as he went through the house in order to later produce a very thorough report. We were provided with a well-written and very useful report the following day via email. Overall, this was an excellent process which resulted in a well-informed decision to purchase the house.
Description of Work: John performed a pre-purchase home inspection for us. He checked the home inside and out for evidence of water intrusion, insect damage, etc.
