GREAT! Matt Bruggman did a great job finding the solution with the least amount of disruption for my family. He found the problem quickly and worked to resolve it. He is always friendly, gives great customer service, always cleans up after the job, EVERYTHING is working again!!! I'm so happy I could dance!!

It went well. They were quick and professional and made sure everything was in order before departing.

Matt was courteous and very professional. Went right to work and got my leaking problem solved in tub.Removed and had to replace outside faucet in back.This is a good bet for your plumbing needs.

Called them on a Monday and they couldn't make it out until Thursday. They supposedly fixed the kitchen sink and didn't have the part for the shower so they said they would come back. My husband was in the hospital so we barely used the kitchen sink until I brought him home and lo and behold, the kitchen sink still wouldn't drain. My husband had peeled a peach and put the skin down the garbage disposal. I called them back and the same two guys showed up. They made no apologies, in fact were rather hostile. One of them told me "Well we can't control what people put down their sinks." I repeated to him that we had put the skin of one...count 'em one!....peach down the garbage disposal and that certainly shouldn't be enough to cause both sinks to fill up to the brim with backwash. They didn't reply directly to this but continued to offer excuses....our house was old so probably the pipes had developed 'bellies' that were causing clogs, or the original clog was somewhere their snakes couldn't reach. The hostile one said, "like I said we can't control what you put down your sink and we aren't charging you for this visit". D*** straight you aren't charging me! I can fully understand if the original visit had not fully corrected the problem. What I could NOT tolerate was the rudeness and the assertion that we must have done something wrong. They should have come back with apologies and assurances that they would make things right; then I would not be writing this negative review

We had water on the floor in our downstairs bathroom. It had spread to the carpet in the hallway. They knew what the problem was and they knew exactly what to do to correct it. In a short time it was fixed completely. They are knowledgeable, efficient, thoughtful, prompt, honest and courteous. Their rates are reasonable. We have used them for other plumbing problems in the past and we continue to be so pleased and so satisfied with their work. We call them 'Our Plumbers'. We will ALWAYS call them when we have plumbing problems. They are the BEST!!!!!

Leak at pipe into water pump, all they did was put teflon tape on the pipe joint, worked for about 2 hours and entire pipe came off! I did not call them back because they obviously minimized the problem and did not know what or how to really listen to the customer and fix the problem. They were here 20 minutes, charged me for 2.5 hours and over $$300, I complained, they threatened to put a lein on my property!!! Extremely unprofessional response!!! Extremely poor customer service!!!

Came in on a Sunday to fix a leak in one of our bathrooms and he fixed it in no time. Along with fixing the leak we asked him to check the other bathroom and he did at no additional cost. Reliable and friendly service, plus he liked our dog.
