+ -1 moreDifficult tear out and installation. It took longer than expected because the existing carpet was glued down, but Jon did the best he could to make up the time. It cost slightly more - he was very fair with his pricing. We would like to have Jon do more work for us at our cabin this summer and install some wood flooring and more carpeting, but we have not been able to contact him. The website is down and the phone number provided does not have a voice mail system set up.
