He made all the phone calls, scheduled all the showings, and handled all the follow up with sellers and their agents. My wife and I did very little work because Gary handled virtually every aspect of the shopping process for us. You can't do better than Gary!
Description of Work: I am writing to recommend Gary Mullen from Premier One Properties. Gary takes the responsibility of representing a client’s needs to a whole new level. His deep knowledge of the local housing market, coupled with his knowledge of home construction made him an invaluable asset for my wife and me as we looked to buy our first home. Gary’s drive and energy are hard to beat, and he has a strong passion to understand the needs of his clients. He consistently found homes for us to look at that fit our search criteria and was excited to look at homes whenever our scheduled allowed. Gary was also extremely helpful when writing offers, and was always happy to advise on negotiating for the perfect price, based on his knowledge of the market. I recommend him unconditionally to anyone looking to purchase or sell property.
