 + -1 moreErik heard what I said and built the desk top computer I needed. He arrive on time. He took his time setting up and made sure it worked. He calm, pleasant and professional. There was a power outage for one hour, he did not charge for the time we waited for it come back on. He is willing to answer my questions.

 + -1 moreOverall it was a very pleasant experience. They have a very professional staff and I could tell the moment I walked in that I was in good hands.
Description of Work: These guys know there stuff. They are as professional as it gets. Very friendly...didn't make me feel stupid, and fixed my computer quickly. I wouldn't use anyone else ever again.
