THEY GOT THE TREE DOWN, BUT ALL THROUGH THE JOB THE LEAD GUY KEPT TRYING TO RENEGOTIATE THE AGREEMENT OF WORK AND COST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVEN DISHONEST. GOT TO THE POINT THAT WE JUST WANTED THEM OFF OUR PROPERTY. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A BIG TREE TAKEN OUT. A LIMB SMASHED 2 GUTTER CORNERS. THE LEAD GUY SAID THEY'D FIX IT (that's why they are insured, right?). THEY NEVER CAME BACK OR CALLED TO ARRANGE THE FIX. THEY ALSO TOOK ONE OF OUR RAKES, WHICH I ASKED THEM ABOUT, WITH NO FOLLOW-UP FROM THEM.

DURING JOB, LEAD GUY KEPT TRYING TO RENEGOTIATE TO DO LESS WORK FOR MORE MONEY. THEY ALSO TOOK A RAKE OF OURS WHICH I REPORTED TO THEM BUT NEVER GOT AN ANSWER BACK ABOUT. UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A BIG TREE. CRUSHED CORNER GUTTERS WHICH THEY SAID THEY'D REPLACE. THEY NEVER CAME BACK OR CONTACTED US TO DO THAT WORK. WE HAD TO CALL THEM, THEY SAID THEY'D COME DO IT ON MAY4. NO SHOW, NO CALL.
