Could not have been a better experience. My movers, Marty and Seth, were amazing from start to finish... helpful, enthusiastic, considerate, kind, and hard-working. They took the best possible care of my belongings and never once complained about having to lug my massive collection of books down stairs or having to segregate items for an interim drop-off/pick-up stop. Anything they could do to make things go better or help me out, they did. Worth every penny, and I'd absolutely use Eagle again.

I was very unhappy with them. They came in over budget. They came in $1000 over budget and they left 1/2 her crap at her old house. I had to take my truck and make 50 more trips to move stuff out of the house. They were like, oh well, it's just local so you can just get this stuff or get that stuff. And then they sent us a bill. It was supposed to be $800 move bill and it was $1800. They didn't store anything. They moved stuff. They loaded up 2 trucks. It was a big house and a big household that had lived there for almost 20 years. They packed and moved. They left pictures on the wall, they left a dresser and a mirror. They left all the stuff under the cabinets in 2 of the bathrooms. They didn't even touch the stuff in the garage. They left all the stuff in the downstairs office and cupboards and it was all stuff that we had gone through and itemized piece by piece. We had done a full walk through with the project manager for them and showed them every nook and cranny in the house. I would recommend others get everything in writing. We didn't have a written agreement on what they would pack and move, it just said household items. Being very specific would be my recommendation. They were very friendly, they were really nice guys. They were very careful with what they did, they were good that way.

The estimate process was super smooth, and the guys were mostly on time and relatively professional. However, several items were broken during the move while other items were packed in 30 or 40 pieces of paper (we found a wadded up ball of garbage in 18 pieces of packing paper, a remote control in more than 50 pieces of paper, etc - and they charge for each piece used...) and the price came in $700 above their estimate
