+ -1 moreRick showed up on time, and immediately started moving furniture to vacuum and pre treat areas that needed it. I have three dogs, so it was a lot of pre treating! I left for a bit and came home, and he was nearly done, and extracting carpet so it wasn't wet feeling, just damp. I was very happy that he was able to remove so many of the spots and make the carpet look fresh and revitalized again.
