Came over at one in the morning to shut of a broken faucet that was shooting water everywhere! He let us know what we could do ourselves so that we could fix it temporarily till it could be taken care of later! Saved us some money!! Very professional!! Had them come back again!!! Will use them for future services!

I thought that they were sending a plumber for my sudden water leak in my bathroom. They sent a person who was only going to find the problem. I told him to fix it after he found it. He said that he wasn't a plumber. I asked him what he was doing in my house. DON'T SIGN THEIR CONTRACT! If you do, you will have to pay them "A MINIMUM" OF $250.00 IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEIR PEOPLE COME BACK AT THEIR LEASURE TO ACTUALLY FINISH THE JOB! I wanted someone to FIX THE LEAK, NOT JUST FIND IT. They wouldn't send someone to fix it for "a couple of days". Luckily, I refused to sign their contract when the guy arrived. Schisters!

I had a broken pipe under my house that was gushing water out into the ally behind my house. A neighbor noticed it and called the City. The City worker turned the main off and called me at work. I called After Hours. They were at my house before I could get there from work. The service repairman was GREAT! He had started on the pipe and had it fixed so fast that I had time to actually eat lunch before I had to return to work. Water is on and running smoothly!! Renee was the one who answered the phone. She was extremely professional and calm! Exactly what I needed. :-)

I had water coming up from the concrete in my basement. I was sure it was from the kitchen sink. The plumber checked to make sure it wasn't coming from the washing machine (which was in the basement) and then agreed to have me test running the water in the kitchen sink. Sure enough, it came up. He suggested we router the pipe to clear any obstructions, as I could not afford to have the concrete taken up at this time. The routering cleared an obstruction and I have had no water come up since the visit. I will say, had the plumber listened to me and allowed me to test the kitchen sink first, It would've saved me probably 30 minutes of charged time. That said, they solved my problem. They have done good service for me before this as well. They will be my first call when I need plumbing assistance again. They are very personable and professional.

Showed up on time and was able to fix problems in timely manner.
