They did a good job in and out.

They charged 30 percent more then quoted. It took two trips and they charged for both travel times. The owner was unreasonable .

The repair person arrived on time. Identified the issue, explained how they would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again.

My Daughter recently moved here to Wenatchee from Seattle to take a new job. The home that we own that she was moving into is about 60 years or so old. Something we had held onto for one of and quot;the kidsand quot; so to speak. When the new job opening came up sooner than later, we no longer had a year or so to get things ready, and the whole project got put into high gear, and in the middle of Winter no less! The old Water heater and laundry tub (no stand pipe for the drain in those days) worked, but everything was really old and outdated. And hadn't been used in years on a daily basis.I was really afraid some of the old stuff would break down on her at the worst possible time. The Plumbing company that I normally use was tied up on another project, and recommended After Hours Plumbing instead. I can tell you that this call to After Hours Plumbing was the best call I have ever made! I set up an appointment to have Steve, the owner come out for an estimate. I told him I could buy the Water heater, but cold not find a well made modern Laundry tub set-up. He had a local source for one and we took things from there, and set up a date for the install. His crew arrived on time on the date requested and what impressed me the most (after all these guys know plumbing backwards and fowards) was how well they worked together as a team, very impressive! Old stuff came out, new stuff went in, a few hours later they were done. Just amazing! Over the past few years I have dealt with a great number of local contractors, I can tell you that these guys are the Best of the Best.! Forgot to mention they disposed of all the old items and did a nice clean up too, nice touch!

We have a home warranty program on our newly purchased home. The garbage disposal was not working properly, so we put in a service request. After Hours Plumbing was assigned to the call. They contacted us immediately and scheduled a service call to accommodate us. The plumber was on time, polite and knowledgable. He diagnosed the situation and presented the options, which was to replace the unit. This was approved by the warranty company. The new unit was promptly installed and instructions were given for proper use. Due to the fact the unit was covered we only paid a deductible, however the price and installation was appropriate. This is a very good company and we highly recommend them.
