Description of Work: We hired InEx to install PlyGem windows since they also installed the windows for our neighbors. We had the exact same windows but still asked them to come out before the order to measure the windows to be sure they got the same windows to match our neighbors. | |They ended up ordering 3 windows with a different series than the other windows so they were too shallow for the window frames and left gaps in the interior window frames. We understood that it would be a huge expense for them to reorder new windows and put up scaffolding to replace those windows but they would not even offer to share the expense of a wood worker they had on staff to come out and do the trim work needed to fill the gaps. They blamed it on Plygem but once we had Plygem come out they saw the order form and showed us that InEx order placer had selected a mix of two differnt series (Pro vs Contractor)
