Upon choosing Richard with RHC I did some research online and after meeting him in person my husband and I felt comfortable hiring him for the work we needed to be done. We had the outside of our home painted and gutters installed. We had large trees that needed to be removed before he could have the last run of gutter and downspout hung. He said he would come back and install them after the trees were removed. We allowed Richard to paint before the trees were removed to accommodate his schedule. Six months later, the last run of gutter and downspout hasn't been installed. We have several spots on the house that weren't painted well and needs to be touched up. I haven't heard from him after emailing, leaving voice mail messages, and texting since May. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism - I would not recommend him for any job.

They are a friendly crew that seems to know their business. Rich answered all my questions related to the competitive quote he provided. His pricing was competitive with his competitors. We liked the real common sense factor they had to offer. They pointed out items to consider but there was no hard sell. When we did add to the scope of work, we quickly added the change order with no fuss. There were some times as we were working on scheduling ahead of the work where it was tough to contact Rich, but they were out of town on another job and I knew that could affect the timeliness of his response. They were all good at responding to questions during the actual work and one of the crew (Larry) was particularly diligent about the details and patient when we kept asking on status. At one point, one of the windows turned out to be the wrong size--there was some miscommunication with the window company. Rich stepped up and insisted that we let them replace that (which we were getting ready to ask him to do anyway), but he was proactive at saying they needed to make it right. We appreciated that. They installed a temporary one until the right sized one could arrive. This is a good example of why when we have more work to be done, we will definitely reach back out to these guys again.
