We hired Ovation Restoration for a major home remodel, including adding a bathroom to the main floor, renovating three bathrooms, and installing a picture window in the family room. From start to finish, Ovation exceeded expectations with a clear, well-thought-out proposal, reasonable costs, and exceptional quality. The team, led by Juan and Chad, was professional, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Jessica ensured flawless material selection, ordering, and delivery with superb planning. Rick, the owner, provided excellent communication, accessibility, accountability, and flexibility, which made the process stress-free. The results were stunning and beyond our expectations. Rick, the owner of Ovation put us instantly at ease. His suggestions led us to not only remodel our bathroom, but extend remodeling to the rest of our home. Our first meeting, and every interaction following with Rick's crew was positive. They came, they worked hard, always smiling and were very flexible towards our needs. We heard how much they thought of Rick and his wife Jessica, which only confirmed we made the right choice. Issues came up, which we didn't count on, and I'm embarrassed to admit Rick & Jessica were on the receiving end of my stress, but despite this, Rick always remained patient, and even Jessica called to reassure me she was working on it. In the end, my whole house was completely made over with new bathroom cabinets (including linen storage) flooring, doors, trim, molding and paint. The quality of our remodel has turned our home into an amazing staycation. We hope to have Rick & Jessica over for dinner, not only because Rick is a was, but because we want to show our gratitude

The work was done well. The project was not well managed and communication was poor. What was quoted as a two week job took nine weeks.

Ovation did a great job installing a new tiled shower in our basement bathroom. They were easy to work with on design and executed exactly what I wanted for a competitive price. However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when.

Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. The entire job came in at cost with just a couple of upgrades we made.  We are 100% satisfied with the finished job

We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected. We will contact Rick and Ovation Restoration for our next project and would recommend him for your next project. Thanks again Rick.

Ovation did an excellent job installing our new sliding glass door. The construction crew was on top of everything, professional and personal as well. Great work and I highly recommend them. Thank you to Creg, Rick, and the crew!

They installed whole new roof and did some extra things as well they are highly professional, knowledgeable, and competitive with there pricing. They have done other work in the past for me and just as pleased with the work this time around.

Rick and team used LIDAR technology to see how interior walls matched up in our custom home and came up with an open concept floor plan that netted us a new office, walk in closet, walk in pantry, new bedroom flooring and a brand new bathroom with custom zero lip shower. We are thrilled with our new remodel! Ovation runs an amazing team who are very respectful, clean and listen to customer needs.

They are not efficient and they do not communicate, they steal from me. They do not listen, they need to communicate with me more efficiently. They took too much time, its more than 7 months.

We had Ovation Restoration come and completely remodeled our kitchen and all new flooring. They did such an amazing job. Super friendly. Excellent communication. Rick and team put in an addition over our great room adding significant room to our home. The team was very respectful, tidy and responsive and the room looks great. During a year of Covid it wasn't easy having workers in a home with at home learning going on but they pulled it off nicely and with a minimum of disturbance. Looking forward to enjoying the space.

Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again.
