Josh and Jason who handled most of our total master bath remodel were great to work with. They were professional as well as friendly. They listened to our questions and concerns and were always willing to make suggestions. They worked quickly and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. We would have them do more work without hesitation. Louis designed and installed the shower door was also great to work with. Ovation Restoration remodeled 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, and put new carpet in all the bedrooms. Work ethic is top-notch - they showed up on time every day, and worked hard all day, completing the project as quickly as they said they would. I now have a beautifully updated and upgraded home to be proud of!

Courteous, professional, and honest. They are pricy, but you get what you pay for. They completely remolded our master bathroom and it looks amazing! My wife had a vision for her master bath and they nailed it. All new floors throughout the house and we couldn’t be happier with it. They did additional work at no extra cost. All American/legal labor. They were dedicated to meet every expectation of ours. They worked with us to save money by allowing us to do all the demo. They installed a new ceiling fan that wasn’t in the contract and plumbed a new vent line and vent to the roof! Totally not expected and we were not charged for it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. 10/10 would hire them again, and will recommend them to anyone looking for the best quality contractors. They stayed true to the contract, no hidden fees, no overage. Perfect, couldn’t ask for a better experience for our first major hire for home improvements. Thank you to Rick and all the guys that worked on making our home beautiful.

We hired them (Rick Arnold) to complete a kitchen remodel, we gave them a $32,000 Deposit, they wasted over a year getting a building permit and then told us the estimate would double, When we recommended changes he call and said he was going to cancel the contract and and would be returning about 1/3 of our deposit and would keep 2/3 of the deposit to cover his expenses, nice we could help him figure out a way to cover his expenses by conning a customer out of our money. They accomplished nothing on our property, which makes it difficult to rate them.

This business has been a great to work with. Rick was great to work with. Very friendly, professional and flexible. The workers that replaced our roof were also very professional. They did a great job on the roof. When the job was finished they cleaned up like they had never replaced my roof. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We hired Ovation Restoration for a bathroom restoration we planned on doing ourselves, but never had the time or skills to complete. Rick Arnold is honest and straightforward. Communication was top notch and managed expectations perfectly. Josh and Jason were presented with several inside-the wall challenges which they met as true professionals, knowledgeable about each aspect involved, tile, plumbing and electrical. They explained the issues clearly along with their game plan for getting over the hurdles, which they did exactly as planned. Also evident was a strong work ethic, showed up on time every day and busted it straight through every day till 5, and accommodated our schedules when we needed. The amount of progress these folks made each day was amazing. They also treated my home with respect, in preparation, daily cleanup and after the project was done. We ended up with a beautiful bathroom completed by artisians and it shows. Worth every penny. Without hesitation I would recommend Ovation Restoration. Job well done.

Rick, Josh and Jason plus a couple others turned what seemed like a hopeless bathroom Into the shining star of the house. Together, they overcame the challenges of what a century old home could throw at them and boy, we’re there A few. Not to mention putting up with me and The request I made of the design. From the beginning, Manager Rick made sure he was totally in tune with what I wanted by taking copious notes. The "workers" Josh, Josh and Jason magically appeared as 1, 2, or 3 of them were required to finish each element of the job, Rick reviewed results each day and followed up on each detail to be sure I had no concerns, and someone was always there promptly on time in the morning and all always on task. The workmanship was extraordinary - complete attention to detail from largest issue to make both the outside and inside walls were totally pristine after a major change from a bedroom wall to (beautiful) patio doors with attractive casing - to the smallest careful line of grout in the bathroom. The personalities of all involved were respectful, good humored, taking pride in providing a result that met my vision as the owner - which was to have a bedroom, bathroom restoration that provided an enhanced appearance and met a personal need for a safe emergency exit if ever needed...and it all turned out even better than I imagined.

Ovation Restoration, LLC was absolutely wonderful! I moved to Camas, Washington from the East Coast this summer with my child and during the move-in process, the moving company caused thousands of dollars of physical damage to the house (including water damage) and Ovation Restoration expedited the recovery process; I can't express to you how grateful I am to them. I'm not familiar with this area and furthermore not familiar with the company's reputation; I used Home Advisor ... I chose the highest rated contractor and again, I'm so happy to have my house squared away. Thank you :)
