+ -1 moreIt was great... he was at it for about a couple months and set over 75 traps. He didn't stop until all those @#$%$@ were gone! I suppose I'll be calling him again a little earlier in the spring this year so the lawn doesn't get so jacked up before Joel has a chance to go Rambo on those little big toothed buggers.

Description of Work: Loved working with Alex, he came back repeatedly to make sure the job was done! We paid $125 for 3 months of service plus $35 for each mole that was caught. Over 3 months Alex caught 4 moles. The most amazing part was the way Alex let my 7 year old little girl help him (even referring to her as his little helper, she is very curious and he was happy to explain what he was doing and even let her hand him things! I always love someone that interacts with my child! The last visit was just after our 3 months ended and he still came out & took care of the mole & only charged for the mole! Our mole problem is finally under control and we will definitely be keeping Alex and Gopher Patrol on our contact list, and will continue to use them! Thank you Alex!

+ -1 moreHe was over promptly and got them all except one. I found signs of one, maybe a move in, and he came back and got that one too. I paid for three months service, which is why it's rather pricey. Unfortunately the house still hasn't sold and I might have to use him more, as neighboring moles are said to move into existing, empty tunnels. We'll see.
Description of Work: He trapped moles that were tearing up the lawn and garden of our house, which is for sale. We've always had moles and I've trapped them myself in the past - but the ones we had in during the summer were over the top. We were trying hard to make our house look as nice as possible for prospective buyers, but alas, after having a lot of work done, the moles made a big mess of things.

+ -1 moreHe emailed me a picture of the mole he caught, and I have to admit after fighting with moles for over a year now I took a little perverse pleasure in it. He was very responsive and willing to communicate my preferred method of online. He showed up at the time he said he would. It was a very no muss, no fuss transaction which I really appreciate.
Description of Work: We had a serious mole problem in our back yard. He was able to trap one in the 1st week and we haven't had any new mounds since. It was really nice that he marked each trap so we could watch our dog didn't mess with them.

+ -1 moreIt went fine. Joel showed up when scheduled, placed several traps and then returned weekly for 6 weeks. He located one gopher but was unable to trap him. However, no new hills appeared so he successfully ran him off, or he was killed and died within one of the tunnels. Joel advised me that sine he could not prove that the had successfully trapped the gopher, in the event new hills appear in the future, he will set new traps at no additional charge to merge. That seems very fair to me.
Description of Work: The goal was to remove gophers from my lawn.
